ER Editor: Here is the website of the so-called Forum of Free Nations of Post-Russia, an organization with both Nazi and Neocon lineage, created with the stated goal of breaking up the Russian Federation. This is a recent CIA creation.
French readers might be quite interested in who some of the real Neocons are in the French government, hiding away under the label of ‘centrism’.

The CIA revives Ukrainian Nazism
It is not surprising that the CIA structures anti-Russian organizations. It is, however, surprising that she does not hesitate to choose Nazis and integral nationalists supposedly to defend freedom and democracy.
THIERRY MEYSSAN

In the 19th century, the German and Austro-Hungarian Empires planned to destroy their rival, the Russian Empire. For this, the German and Austro-Hungarian foreign ministries launched a joint secret operation: the creation of the League of Allogeneic Peoples of Russia ( Liga der Fremdvölker Rußlands – LFR) [ 1 ] .

In 1943, the Third Reich created the Anti-Bolshevik Block of Nations (ABN) to break up the Soviet Union. At the end of World War II, the United Kingdom and the United States took over the Nazis and their collaborators and maintained the NBA. [ 2 ].
However, considering the millions of deaths of which he was guilty, Frank Wisner, the number 2 of the CIA, rewrote his history. He printed a number of booklets claiming that the ABN had been created at the Liberation. He claimed that the people of Central Europe and the Baltic had all, collectively, fought against both the Nazis and the Soviets. It’s a huge lie. In reality, many Central European political parties sided with the Nazis against the Soviets, forming SS divisions and providing almost all of the guards for the Nazi extermination camps.
John Loftus, the special prosecutor of the Office of Special Investigations, a unit of the United States Department of Justice, testified that he had found, in 1980, a small town in New Jersey, South River, sheltering a colony of former Belarusian SS. At the entrance to the town, a war memorial, adorned with SS symbols, celebrated their fallen comrades, while away from it, a cemetery housed the grave of Belarusian Nazi Prime Minister Radoslav Ostrovsky .
It is often believed that the United States fought the Nazis and tried them at Nuremberg and Tokyo. But it’s wrong. If President Roosevelt was a staunch liberal, he thought it possible to recruit traitors and put them into his service. However, as he died before the end of the conflict, the criminals he surrounded himself with reached the highest positions. They have hijacked certain administrations to pursue their objectives. This is what happened with the CIA.
Congressional efforts with the Church Commission that uncovered CIA crimes in the 1950s and 1960s were of little avail. All this opaque world went underground, but did not cease its activities.
The Ukrainian “integral nationalists” of Dmytro Dontsov, his henchmen Stepan Bandera and Yaroslav Stetsko followed this path. The first, who was already a secret agent of Kaiser Wilhelm II, then of the Führer Adolf Hitler, was picked up by the CIA, lived in Canada and died in 1973 in New Jersey, in South River, contrary to what his Wikipedia entry claims. He was one of the worst mass criminals in the Reich. He had disappeared from Ukraine during the War and had become an administrator of the Reinard Heydrich Institute in Prague. He was one of the designers of the final solution to the Gypsy and Jewish questions [ 4 ] .

His henchmen, Stepan Bandera and Yaroslav Stetsko, were hired by the CIA in Munich. They provided Ukrainian-language broadcasts for Radio Free Europe and organized sabotage operations in the Soviet Union. Stepan Bandera had carried out numerous massacres and proclaimed the independence of Ukraine with the Nazis. However, he too had disappeared from Ukraine during the War. He claimed to have been imprisoned in “honorable captivity” in an extermination camp. This is unlikely since he resurfaced in 1944 and was entrusted by the Reich with governing Ukraine and fighting the Soviets. It is possible that he lived at the headquarters of the camp administration, in Oranienbourg-Sachsenhausen, and that he worked there on the Nazi project of extermination of the “races” supposed to corrupt the Aryans. During the Cold War, he wandered around the “free world” and came to Canada to propose to Dmytro Dontsov to become the head of his organization [ 5 ].
Time has passed and these mass criminals have died without ever being held to account. Their organizations the OUN and the NBA should have disappeared, too. It is not so. The OUN was reconstituted thanks to the war in Ukraine. The NBA, too. It now has a website. There we can read the post-war propaganda booklets according to which the organization never existed before the fall of the Reich. The NBA continues today with the “Free Nations PostRussia Forum” which will be held on September 26-27-28 in London, Paris, and possibly Strasbourg. Its goal is always the same: to break up the Russian Federation into 41 separate states. There is no possible doubt about the origins of this forum: while it claims to speak for the people of Russia, it not only accuses Moscow, but also attacks China, North Korea and Iran. In its documents it also addresses the question of Venezuela, Belarus and Syria. However, the ABN participated in the creation and animation of the World Anti-Communist League [ 6 ] , where most of the world’s dictators met, now elegantly named: World League for Freedom and Democracy.
This Forum of Free Nations of Post-Russia was created by the CIA in reaction to the Russian military intervention in Ukraine. In a year and a half, it has already met 7 times, in Poland, the Czech Republic, the United States, Sweden and in the European and Japanese Parliaments. (ER: An interesting list.) Simultaneously the CIA created governments in exile for Belarus and Tatarstan, as it had done for Iraq and Syria. No one has recognized them yet, but the European Union has already received them with deference. These governments in exile are in addition to that of Ichkeria (understanding Chechnya) which is already old.

The current system is not designed to achieve its proclaimed goal. The United States has no intention of breaking up the Russian Federation, a nuclear power. Most of their leaders are aware that such an event would completely destabilize international relations and could trigger a nuclear war. No, it’s more about mobilizing in the service of the United States those people who hope to achieve this improbable goal of dissecting Russia.
Some political personalities lend themselves to this game. This is the case of the former Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs, Anna Fotyga. It was she who, in 2016, presented a resolution to the European Parliament on the strategic communications of the European Union. She had imagined a system of influence on all the major media in the Union which proved to be effective. Or a French centrist deputy, Frederick Petit. Already, in 2014, the headliners of his party (François Bayrou – ER: highly interesting for those who live in France! and Mireille de Sarnez) went to Maidan Square in Kyiv to be photographed alongside the “integral nationalists”. I will not speak here of former Russian MP Ilya Ponomarev.
Think tanks, too, like the Jamestown Foundation. It was founded with the help of William J. Casey, director of the CIA, on the occasion of a notable defector from the USSR. It was banned in Russia in 2020 (i.e. before the Ukraine war) because it was already printing material about the breakup of Russia. Finally, the Hudson Institute, meanwhile, is funded by Taiwan through its agency the World League for Freedom and Democracy (formerly World Anti-Communist League). Thus it was able to host a session of the Forum of Free Nations of Post-Russia.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
