This Official Document Proves That French Fuel and Electricity Shortages Are Programmed

ER Editor: We are indeed experiencing gas (petrol) shortages right now. There’s nothing to be found in terms of regular gas, and hardly any of the non-regular. So people are cancelling appointments and restricting their travel. “Oh but that’s OK, it’s due to a union dispute. It’ll be over soon” we were told. It’s not OK because French unions are known to be deeply in the pockets of the government. When everybody’s civil liberties were being taken away and people’s livelihoods destroyed through ‘Covid’, the unions had precisely zero to say. Now suddenly they pop up, insisting on more money and blocking supply terminals. And the MSM hasn’t exactly been advertising this. Many of us have had to show up at gas stations, only to find they’re closed or run out, to realize there’s even been a problem.

Independent journalist and media owner, Eric Verhaeghe, shows why we are right to be suspicious about current events, and how the current situation was conceptualized back at the time of the first lockdown, in March of 2020.

This official document that proves that fuel and electricity shortages are programmed

ERIC VERHAEGHE

Many French people have discovered that petrol stations are closed or threatened with closure for lack of fuel to sell. According to the propaganda distilled by the subsidized press cartel, the shortage does not even exist. But, if we follow the official documents (which went unnoticed in their time) and the declarations of President Macron, we understand that this situation of rupture is anything but innocent. Here is the proof.

This summer, I recalled the confounding similarity between Macron’s remarks on the great shift and the end of abundance, on the one hand, and Klaus Schwab’s plea in the Great Reset for a brutal energy shift after the crisis from COVID, on the other. Faithful to its role of disinformation and official propaganda, the subsidized press cartel has of course held the presidential pronouncement as an elucidation and has concealed (sometimes with sincerity, by the way) the true meaning of Macron’s intentions.

Two months after the announcement of the big changeover, the French bathe daily in announcements of gas and electricity cuts, and sometimes queue for several hours to fill their gas tank. The effect of chance?

No, of course not, and that’s by reading the “national low-carbon strategy” of March 2020 (that is to say the start of the lockdown), adopted by decree on April 21, 2021, and published only on July 21 2022, that we understand the political premeditation that exists in the current shortages.

Not only did the Great Reset recommend and theorize them, but above all the French government actually did it…

Shortages in the low-carbon strategy

I have published the official government document above, which allows everyone to read it with a clear head. It is a question of declining the Paris agreement, which provides for a carbon neutrality strategy for 2050. This document must be read in the first and second degree: between its lines, there are announcements of the current situation.

To get to the bottom of it, I offer you here an anthology of quotes that say a lot about what we know today.

The urgency of a short-term energy shift

What emerges from the national low-carbon strategy, drafted in March 2020, let us remember, is this sentence (page 12), which says a lot about the logic of the document:

The overrun could worsen for the second carbon budget (2019-2023) adopted in 2015 given the inertia of the system, and in particular transport emissions which, spontaneously, are growing faster than GDP. Effective actions to reduce emissions in the short term are therefore essential to limit this overrun as much as possible.

Everything is said, in a way, in this elliptical paragraph. We need “effective actions to reduce in the short term” all this pollution which threatens the planet with extinction. As the document clearly implies, action must be taken before 2023, that is to say before the third carbon budget.

And here we are. It is striking to see here the proximity between the timetable proposed by the Great Reset and the French government strategy…

A barely veiled call for shortages

To understand what the national low-carbon strategy classifies as effective short-term actions, you have to read the rest of this document. We find the idea on page 18:

by a large-scale social change in favor of the climate and energy transition, in particular through the promotion of more sober lifestyles and consumption and a clear reinforcement of the logic of circular economy and waste reduction, also including a development of the skills of companies and territories through vocational training.

Again, the words are so eloquent: “large-scale social change”, the “promotion of more sober lifestyles and consumption”… No, these words are not taken from a speech by Macron, Le Maire , from Pannier-Runacher in October 2022… they come from an official report from March 2020!

A drastic reduction in energy consumption

If some remain skeptical vis-à-vis these declarations of intent, I recommend that they carefully read the chapter devoted to short-term energy savings. Here is the objective (page 29) set by the document:

What the report calls the “AMS” is the “Addition of additional measures”, ie the situation after the implementation of public policies. As we can see, in March 2020, the government forecast a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, in the energy sector, from 52 MCO2 to 36 in 2025, or nearly 33%.

And how do we manage to reduce the production of CO2 by 33% in 5 years in the field of energy production?

We understand that the official report is laconic on the subject. The answer is given to us by the current shortages.

For an evolution of social norms

I pass here on the economic or global questions of the strategy, to arrive at funny chapters, which propose an evolution of the social standard as regards consumption, and particularly of energy consumption.

We will therefore greedily read, page 73, the chapter “Education, awareness and appropriation of the issues and solutions by the citizens”.

Here are a few sentences written in this text, which say a lot about the situation we know (pages 73 & 74):

The strategy promotes a mobilization of sobriety in individual and collective behavior (evolution of social norms) mainly through information, education and awareness of citizens. Supply regulation and a clear price signal can also better guide consumers towards low-carbon consumption.

Here again, the meaning of “supply regulation and a clear price signal” must be explored in depth, a modest expression which clearly designates the shortages and the dizzying rise in prices, whether for electricity, gas or oil.

The current situation was therefore written as early as March 2020, but in elegant terms…

Various measures that will be carried out in 2022

Throughout the pages, we will find scattered proposals that prepare for the situation of shortage that we are experiencing.

Thus, on page 81, the strategy proposes two interesting measures:

control of growth in demand (for passenger and freight transport)

optimization of the use of vehicles (for the transport of passengers and goods)

We all understand that the best way to control the “growth in demand” is to dry up the gas pumps, to create a shock comparable to that of lockdown.

Page 84, we will find the call for the generalization of teleworking…

On page 120, we should not miss another proposal that says a lot about planning for the current crisis:

the eventual limitation of the use of internal combustion engines to essential uses only, given their limited yields

What better way to limit the use of the automobile than to organize the shortage?

These few elements (which outline a dystopian future to which we will return shortly) make it possible to better understand the government’s passivity in the face of shortages. In reality, these were desired, planned, and are considered by the caste as the most convenient way to force the little people to embark on the energy transition.

The method has already been tested with lockdown. “We adapt”. This is the key word of the draconian governance that we are suffering from.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
