Musk Backs Restore Britain Party in Andy Burnham By-Election Showdown

.

ER Editor: In the local council elections in England on May 7, Farage’s UK Reform Party gave Labour a drubbing. Rupert Lowe’s Restore Britain party fought just one council, in Great Yarmouth, but got all members there elected. Rupert Lowe used to be an MP in Farage’s party, but they had an irretrievable falling out. Now there is just acrimony, which we feel could be scripted as so much else is right now. Recent past.

Now there is a by-election in the constituency of Makerfield, with former mayor of Manchester Andy Burnham standing for Labour. HERE is updated information on that critical Makerfield by-election, to be held on June 18. Young Josh Simons, the sitting Labour MP, is stepping aside to let the high-profile Burnham step in. Both Lowe and Farage have their own candidates in play, with the resulting accusation against Lowe that he is splitting the populist right vote. Markham is a constituency in the north-west that straddles Greater Manchester and Merseyside.

We have long believed that the compromised Farage (former City of London guy) is being puppeted by the white hats, and that Rupert Lowe and his new party are the preferred white hat choice. Lowe is sounding strong and defiant, with an unwavering, consistent policy platform of national sovereignty, local development, remigration/deportation and pride in the culture. We believe he’s the chosen option going forward, and we’re not the only ones —

Lowe, in anticipation of this by-election, calls out the Fabians (Labour’s ideological backbone), Europe, and Labour for its cover-up of the rape gang phenomenon. As a Labour MP, Burnham gets tarred with this brush, as well as Farage. June 18 is Waterloo day notes Lowe —

Musk Backs Restore Britain in Burnham By-Election Showdown

RICHARD ELDRED for DAILY SCEPTIC

Elon Musk has thrown his weight behind Rupert Lowe’s Restore Britain party ahead of the Makerfield by-election. The Telegraph has the story:

On Sunday morning, the billionaire Chief Executive of Tesla posted his support for Rupert Lowe’s Restore Britain party on X.

The first poll of the by-election campaign showed Reform on 40%, just three points behind Labour’s Andy Burnham on 43% in a knife-edge battle for the seat.

However, the poll of 504 adults by Survation showed Restore Britain in third place on 7%, potentially scooping up votes that could secure the constituency for Nigel Farage’s Reform.

It means the division on the Right could harm Reform’s chances of victory and increase the risk of handing the seat to Mr Burnham, who is seen by many Labour supporters as a potential saviour to lift the party out of its electoral crisis.

It is also likely to intensify the bitter rivalry between Mr Lowe and Mr Farage after their public falling-out more than a year ago. …

On Sunday morning, Mr Musk, who frequently comments on X about British political leaders, posted “Restore Britain” while retweeting a post by Mr Lowe. The billionaire has previously supported Mr Farage. …

Responding to Mr Musk’s intervention, Mr Lowe said: “Elon Musk backing Restore Britain sends a clear message that real change is possible and the establishment is losing control. Makerfield will show Britain the way. We’re not here to patch up a broken system, we are here to restore our country.”

Mr Musk backed Restore Britain when it was launched last year by Mr Lowe, stating on X: “It will win. It must win. To Save Britain.”

Worth reading in full.

N.B. The Survation poll appears at odds with Restore’s own feedback on the doorstep in Makerfield, with 24.6% supporting the party in a sample of 1,010:

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
