Olivier Véran finally acknowledges the existence of serious side effects linked to vaccination

Until now, the serious post-vaccination side effects of Covid were a delirious fad coming from a handful of anti-vax haters for Olivier Véran.

Yesterday, Me Delphine Provence, a lawyer in public law and health law, pleaded her client’s case before the Council of State. The latter, a former lawyer who became a medical student, suffered significant problems following her second injection. She asked for the urgent suspension of the obligation of the 3rd dose of vaccination in front of a Minister of Health in full cognitive dissonance.

As a reminder, the summary procedure is an emergency procedure which allows to obtain from the judge of summary proceedings all necessary measures to safeguard a fundamental freedom which the administration would have infringed in a serious and obviously illegal way. The absence of contraindication after vaccination in the law

We learn during this hearing that the applicant, aged 39, suffers from gynecological disorders (a fact that has always been minimized by the ANSM), hearing problems and “severe asthenia” (cases of post-vaccination narcolepsy had also been reported in the context of the H1N1 vaccination), symptoms that she triggered after a 2nd injection of an RNA vaccine.

She therefore asks to be exempted from her booster dose, and more broadly that the Council of State suspends the application of the decree extending the 3rd dose to people over 18 years, or at least that people who have developed side effects be exempted.

Charles Touboul, the legal director of the Ministry of Health, retorts that there is already a possibility of being exempted from another injection in case of serious effects. Yes, but the triggering of these disorders is not provided for in the CERFA form allowing for the justification of a contra-indication to a third injection.

Is this list restrictive? The legal director of the Ministry of Health seems to argue that it is not, but do doctors know this? They seem to limit themselves to the list provided by the form when it comes to establishing a contraindication.

As for point 3 of Annex 2 of the decree of June 1, 2021, it specifies that a contraindication is “a recommendation established after multidisciplinary medical consultation not to carry out an additional dose of vaccine following the occurrence of an adverse reaction of severe or serious intensity attributed to a previous dose of vaccine reported to the pharmacovigilance system: (for example: the occurrence of myocarditis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, etc.).

But what is an “adverse reaction of severe or serious intensity”? What is a “multidisciplinary medical consultation”?

The lawyer in charge of the request plans to publish a note in deliberation to prove that in the current state of the texts, it is not possible to escape the booster doses when suffering from post-vaccination symptoms, although the Minister of Health formally denies it.

A census of serious effects underestimated

To the question of whether there are really 24% of serious adverse events, the Medical Advisor of the COVID Cabinet at the Ministry of Health answers:

“Out of the 136 million doses injected in France, there are 137,400 victims of adverse events, i.e. a rate of 0.025%, and it is out of this proportion that we count a quarter of serious adverse events. It is therefore a low risk. As for the usefulness of the third dose against Omicron, the protection against contamination is lower, in the order of 75/80%, but the complete scheme of three doses still offers more than 90% protection against severe forms.”

Maitre Provence then describes a tense discussion with the Minister of Health on the reality of the side effects of vaccination:

“We have agreed on a percentage which is that of the ANSM, on average 24% of side effects observed are serious. What do we mean by serious: death, life-threatening, hospitalization, a severe condition that will affect your daily life for several weeks or months – officially the figure given to us by the ANSM is about 30,000 people who have reported side effects, but when we know that only 10 to 15% of side effects are reported to the authorities, it is in reality probably more than 300,000 people who are concerned.”

We are therefore witnessing a ludicrous situation, where the Minister of Health is quietly debating in the middle of a hearing at the Council of State about the serious side effects of the vaccination that he has been advocating for more than a year, that he has made compulsory for caregivers, compulsory in fact for people over 12 years old in the general population, and that he has opened up to people over 5 years old.

As Me Provence rightly points out,

“The role of the State is to protect citizens, but we have proof that the government is endangering its population, we are told about collateral victims, which is not what the law says, the benefit-risk balance must be assessed individually.”

The decision will be rendered by the end of the week and we invite the State Council to save the little honor it has left.
