NOTICE FOR CLARIFICATIOIN

I see that certain articles concerning Reiner attempt to discredit the “collective” of lawyers who participated in the Grand Jury by suggesting that they would have made a pot of money and would have disposed of it together.

As I have always said, I never received a cent for the hundreds of hours of work, whether for preparation, hearings or reports.

Then, implying that Reiner was “fleeing” to Mexico is also another hoax. Reiner traveled regularly for his international interventions. His passport and that of his wife were stolen during one of these trips. Since their passports were stolen, they have never been able to return to their home in California.

It was the perfect pretext to arrest him in the German zone.

Concerning the accounts, I am not in these matters, since I am not a member of this Corona Committee.

However, as a lawyer, I find it strange that we prefer to resolve partner problems in public by making a big noise, before trying to resolve them in court, at the risk of bringing shame on all the actions carried out for the common good. (ER: which is likely the goal here)

From my understanding, there was a big risk that the funds of this association would be frozen by the German state, due to its activity, as was the case for an association of a professor close to Reiner.

Furthermore, I am surprised that the association’s accounts have been validated each year without anyone opposing the management until then.

They had together organized the management of the association’s assets, and several people are involved in various investments, contrary to what is being suggested today.

Reiner’s law firm took charge of all administrative management of the association, since no dedicated administrative unit had been set up for the needs of the Corona Committee.

Reiner had not known some of the people in the Corona Committee for a long time when he started the hearings within it, and they were introduced to him.

Why hasn’t Reiner taken legal action more often? Because he no longer believes in this system. A final serious complaint carried out with another German colleague on behalf of the military produced nothing.

I recall here that the only judge who dared to make a decision against the wearing of masks imposed on children in Germany was raided and sentenced to prison.

Yes, we make observations as lawyers.

Therefore, it is very easy to present things in a biased way to damage Reiner’s honor.

So for my part I wanted to re-establish certain facts because Reiner alerted us for 3 years openly, these are thousands of hours that Reiner spent informing you and speaking out for the common good, I dare say for the good of humanity.

Reiner has my full support, regardless of the attacks, just as he supported me (one of the only lawyers to do so: how many lawyers stood up when, for the same political reasons, I was warned to seen in March 2022?).
