On July 21, 2021, President Zelensky promulgated a law on “indigenous peoples”. It recognizes the enjoyment of human and civil rights and fundamental freedoms only for Ukrainians of Scandinavian or Germanic origin, but not for those of Slavic origin. This is the first racial law passed in Europe in 77 years.

Whereas this terse TASS report from the same week recognizes what is actually happening:
KIEV, July 22. /TASS/. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky signed the law ‘on indigenous peoples of Ukraine,’ which denies this status to ethnic Russians, Zelensky’s press service announced Wednesday.
“President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky signed the law № 1616-IX ‘On indigenous peoples of Ukraine,” which the Verkhovna Rada passed on July 1, 20201. The document is aimed at maximum protection of cultural, informational and other rights of indigenous peoples,” the announcement says.
It’s pretty clear that ethnic Russians, largely found in the Donbass region, have been left high and dry repeatedly. Including the way the international community ignored the Minsk Agreement of 2015, which was designed by Putin to give ethnic Russians in the Donbass autonomy and protection while remaining within Ukraine territory.

Ukrainian racial law

Historically, Ukraine has two origins, one Scandinavian and the other Slavic. Groups that define themselves as “Ukrainian nationalists” do not defend Ukraine as a nation, but oppose anyone of Slavic origin.
While the Ukrainian population normally speaks both Russian and Ukrainian, but often also Hungarian (or Magyar), since September 1, 2020, the use of any language other than Ukrainian is strictly prohibited in public administrations and schools. Russian and Magyar language schools were closed, prompting official protests from Russia and Hungary.
On July 21, 2021, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed the Law on “Indigenous Peoples of Ukraine.” It stipulates that only Ukrainians of Scandinavian origin, as well as Tatars and Karaites, have “the right to enjoy fully all human rights and fundamental freedoms” (sic), thus depriving Ukrainians of Slavic origin of the same rights.
Ukrainian neo-Nazis widely use Nazi symbols, not only the runic alphabet of Proto-Germanic languages, but also the numbers 14 and 88.
The first refers to the fourteen words of David Lane’s white supremacist slogan: “We must ensure the existence of our people and a future for white children”. David Lane is one of the leaders of the Order, an American terrorist organization. He died in prison in 2007.
The number 88 refers to the eighth letter of the alphabet: HH (short for “Heil Hitler”) and the initials of the Nazi salute.
For example, the group commissioned by the mayor of Kiev and former world heavyweight boxing champion, Vitali Klitschko, to flush out and kill “saboteurs” among Ukrainians of Slavic origin is called C14 (pictured – ER: we’ve provided a collage below. The first 2 pictures show the forcible destruction of a gypsy camp.). “C” stands for the former “Hundred of Svyatoslav” and “14” for their white supremacist ideology.
