ER Editor: Triple vaccinated retired banker, Swiss and UK citizen, Pascal Najadi has filed a civil lawsuit with the US Supreme Court in the state of New York against the FDA, Pfizer and Swiss president Alain Berset, who was formerly Switzerland’s minister of health. We’re dealing with a mass murder

In December of last year, Najadi’s lawyer filed criminal charges in Switzerland through the police against Swiss president Alain Berset, then minister of health, which has received zero coverage in the Swiss press. It’s an ongoing criminal investigation. And now it applies to the US, too. The defendants were notified in writing last Friday afternoon.

Najadi reads the legal document “Criminal charges filed with criminal prosecutors of Switzerland vs. Alain Berset’, which was sent to Davis Polk, the law firm of Pfizer. (He reads it.) His Davis Polk letter is rather technical and needs listening to. Overall, Pfizer has violated state and federal laws. Further, those subject to those mandates and contracts were not given informed consent and first amendment rights.

Najadi has also filed charges against the two doctors who injected him with a toxic substance, without obtaining his informed consent. He is vaccine-injured; family members have been vaccinated.

Today (March 6, 2023) a press statement was made by Najadi on Twitter. Pfizer, the FDA and Alain Berset have been named in a US lawsuit where Pfizer is charged with making false claims about the vaccine.

Fuellmich: So it’s a criminal complaint that’s pending not only in Switzerland but in the US at the supreme court level. As a British citizen, he can also make a claim against Pfizer and the FDA.

Fuellmich: This case could potentially have far-reaching implications for ANYONE who has suffered similar vaccine damage under the condition of not giving informed consent. It could also turn into a tort law case for damages.

Najadi: the nano-lipids (the envelope of the mRNA) is classified as toxic, so how can you inject humans with this substance that was declared as safe, effective and tested? This is a crime against humanity. Fuellmich agrees.

The WHO has disqualified itself as a WORLD health organization, says Najadi. The 1946 statutes say they will deliver scientifically the best health to humanity. They all should be arrested tomorrow and interrogated on the matter.

Fuellmich: yes, lawyers agree on this, especially in light of the Lockdown Files in the UK. Taking the evidence together, it all suggests that the pandemic never existed, that the authorities knew this, so there was no necessity for vaccines. This is part of the population reduction program. Brooke Jackson’s testimony also shows us that they never tested the vaccines for efficacy nor for safety. The health scare was done to allow the DOD to go through with its biological warfare plan.

Fuellmich: Najadi’s case should go through. Some courts of law are waking up now and doing their jobs. It’s even appearing in the MSM. It’s all good news and serves as empowerment to those judges in countries where the judiciary has been infiltrated beyond belief, such as Germany. There are still some judges who want to uphold the rule of law. It’s what we’ve been waiting for. It’s an excellent sign that will be heard throughout the world.

Najadi: Swiss media has avoided this topic for months; they fuelled this criminal inhuman vaccine policy. He’s waiting for Tucker Carlson to contact him.
