Is this how the Bundestag operates? How is it that ministers can declare war without the informed consent of the German people? Is English now the preferred language of the German government? (ER: This took place inside the PACE building in Strasbourg.)
Or does Baerbock intend her message for a larger audience than Germany’s bureaucrats? Imagine a USG political careerist standing on the floor of the Senate or House speaking to his colleagues in German or Khoe–Kwadi.

“If we add this to Merkel’s revelations that they were strengthening Ukraine and did not count on the Minsk agreements, then we are talking about a war against Russia that was planned in advance. Don’t say later that we didn’t warn you,” responded Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry.
The German people really need to get rid of these neocon-ish politicians, same as America needs to not only divest the government of these psychopaths but round them up and put them on trial for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Did Germany just officially declare war on Russia?

During a debate at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock bluntly stated that Germany and its allies are at war with Russia. The unexpected admission, although essentially true, is quite shocking given the fact that many Western officials have been insisting they aren’t directly involved in the conflict with Moscow.
Baerbock made the statement during a discussion over sending “Leopard 2” heavy tanks to the Kiev regime. Most mainstream media conveniently ignored her words, but numerous experts were alarmed and warned that Berlin just essentially declared war on Russia.
This stands in stark contrast to claims of other German officials who have been extremely careful with their statements for nearly a year, insisting that their country is not directly involved in the Ukrainian conflict and citing uncontrollable escalation as their primary concern. However, this official stance is now in serious question, as one of the country’s top officials just effectively nullified all of their efforts. Annalena Baerbock started her statement at PACE with the following:
“And therefore I’ve said already in the last days – yes, we have to do more to defend Ukraine. Yes, we have to do more also on tanks. But the most important and the crucial part is that we do it together and that we do not do the blame game in Europe, because we are fighting a war against Russia and not against each other.”
Ironically, Chancellor Olaf Scholz and his now former defense minister Christine Lambrecht have been accused of being “weak” on arming the Neo-Nazi junta. They have frequently insisted that it would be dangerous to get more directly involved in NATO’s proxy war against Russia. However, it seems that the much more hawkish Baerbock is willing to say the quiet part out loud. Moscow immediately reacted to the comments, with Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova saying this is yet more proof that the political West has been planning a war on Russia for quite some time now.

Baerbock’s comments come on the heels of nearly a year of direct Russophobic narrative, including openly declared plans for war with Russia. In mid-November, Der Spiegel published leaked German Defense Ministry documents, revealing that the Bundeswehr is preparing for war with Russia. The secret draft titled “Operational guidelines for the Armed Forces” was authored by none other than the German Chief of Staff, General Eberhard Zorn himself. He stressed the need for a “mega-reform” of the German military and clearly identified Russia as an “immediate threat”.
The claim makes little sense, as Germany is over 1,500 km away from Russia, with Belarus, Poland and Ukraine standing between the two countries. While such assertions made some sense at the height of the (First) Cold War, when the Soviet Union had over half a million soldiers stationed in East Germany alone (in addition to other Warsaw Pact member states), the situation is effectively reversed nowadays. NATO is the one encroaching on Russia’s western borders, with the crawling expansion including coups and other interventions in various Eastern European and post-Soviet states. After decades of this creeping aggression and Moscow’s futile attempts to build a comprehensive partnership with the political West, Russia was forced to launch its counteroffensive.
Back in early March, the German government announced a dramatic increase in defense spending, including a €100 billion budget for the Bundeswehr, essentially double in comparison to 2021. Although this will inevitably put additional pressure on the already struggling German economy, ravaged by the sanctions boomerang from its failed economic siege of Russia, Berlin’s suicidal subservience to Washington DC seems to take precedence. Much of Germany’s prosperity was based on access to cheap Russian energy, now a thing of the past thanks to Berlin’s resurgent Russophobia.
In addition, Germany also uniquely holds historical responsibility on a scale virtually no other country in the world does, especially towards Russia. During the Second World War, it launched a brutal invasion of the Soviet Union, killing nearly 30 million people and destroying virtually everything in its path. Worse yet, after approximately 80 years of denazification in the aftermath of its WWII defeat, Berlin still decided to support the Neo-Nazi junta in Kiev, effectively renouncing its own official postwar political position. This also includes German weapons that are killing Russians, both soldiers and civilians.
Alarmed by the dramatic shift in rhetoric, many in Germany are already pointing out the fact that the country is repeating the same historical mistake by antagonizing Russia. Petr Bystron, an AfD (Alternative for Germany) member of the German Parliament, reminded his colleagues in the Bundestag of the consequences of sending German tanks to fight Russia in Ukraine:
“It’s an interesting approach you’re taking here. German tanks against Russia in Ukraine. By the way, your grandfathers have already tried to do it then with the Melnyks and Banderas [Ukrainian Nazi collaborators during WWII] and what was the result? Untold suffering, millions of deaths on both sides, and in the end, Russian tanks here in Berlin. And two of them are still here, in front of the Bundestag. You should pass by them every morning and remember it!”

That wealth changed its name from Czarist, to Russian Government owned. Ignore the names, what happened to it? Did the people of Russia get it? No. The Rockefeller Archives show that he built a private army in Russia, much like the Brown Shirt army later. His accountant said that for each 2 cents that he spent to build that Army he got a dollar back. That Army was not staying up late to knit socks to sell. They were beating people up and committing assassinations, massacres, and mayhem to terrorize the populace into submission. And he was bribing officials to get what he wanted. He was apparently famous for that in the US as well.

But, the behind the scenes maneuvers on how they were committing those Crimes Against Humanity were secret. To them COMMUNISM WAS A LOVELY EXCUSE TO STEAL THE WEALTH OF THE RICH RUSSIANS AND THEN KILL OFF THE POOR who were not working in their factories. The factories and the oil fields had the name of the Soviet Union on them, as if they belong to the Russian Govt.. But an examination of the chain of command structure and the flow of money made it look like the Rockefellers et al were already well on their way to being Kings of the World.
Let me give you an example of that so you can understand how this system worked in practice.
John D. Rockefeller, Jr., wanted to crash prices in South America of a type of goods to force his competitors into closing. If I remember correctly, the country was Argentina and the goods were stainless steel cookware–pots and pans, bowls, and cutlery. They were items peasants had to buy to live. They were also heavy and it made absolutely no sense to ship them from Russia since they were already made in adequate quantities by factories in that country. But they were not Rockefeller’s factories so a part of the markets’ share of money was not going to them. That was an anathema to John. D., Jr. He wanted to own everything and everyone, OR KILL THEM.
So, he wrote a letter to Stalin and told him how much and what kind of each item he wanted. It was a huge order, perhaps several Latin American countries worth. Rockefeller was going to dropped the prices of the goods TO DRIVE THE LATIN AMERICAN FACTORIES OUT OF BUSINESS. Then he would buy them cheaply. Having a monopoly he would then raise the price of the goods to steal even more from the peasants. His journal shows that he intended TO CAUSE THEIR CHILDREN TO STARVE, if at all possible. It was not an unintended consequence of his business practices. I saw instances in which HE WAS WILLING TO LOSE MONEY TO MAKE OTHERS STARVE. It was really quite sad to read about the life of a man who was so desperately unhappy that this was what it took to distract him from that fact.
Stalin got the order and wrote back saying that he could not meet those deadlines in 2 months time. Rockefeller wrote back saying HE HAD TO ‘OR ELSE’.
I wanted to know what the “or else” was.
Later I came across invoices for THE GUARDS OF STALIN WHICH ROCKEFELLER WAS PAYING. They were not just regulars, they were a special outfit chosen by Rockefeller. They were not ethnically the same as Stalin. It appeared that they had been chosen by Rockefeller to have no qualms about KILLING STALIN, IF ORDERED TO DO SO. The head of them was writing REPORTS ON STALIN’s activities to John D. more often than Stalin was writing to John D. After looking into it even further than I have said, I concluded that JOHN D.’S THREAT TO KILL STALIN was a credible one.
Stalin was humiliated in more ways that one by trying to fill that order in time. He did not succeed, as hard and as desperately as he tried. He was a week late.
Furthermore, this was DURING THE HEIGHT OF THE GERMAN ATTACK ON RUSSIA, about a month before the battle of Stalingrad when the order was completed. It meant that steel and railway transport that would have gone into making of rifles did not. Russian soldiers went into the battle of Stalingrad, Stalin’s namesake, with ONLY ABOUT 35% OF THEM CARRYING A RIFLE! They had to rush forward into battle defenselessly or be shot in the back. Only after one of their buddies got killed could they pick up a fallen weapon to defend themselves. That caused a huge rift among them which they could not solve. It was designed to destroy their team spirit and TURNED THEM AGAINST EACH OTHER.
The Battle of Stalingard was almost a defeat for the Russia people BECAUSE of what John D. did. His journal showed that he intended for the battle TO BE A RUSSIAN DEFEAT and allow him to spread the war all across Russia. He agonized on the pages of his journal about whether his timing was right and the order big enough. He wanted the FIGHTING TO CONTINUE all across Russia and not just lead to a Russian capitulation. He wanted to DESTROY all the shop keepers and small enterprises that had not yet been nationalized and brought under his control. His journal said that he CRIED at his loses when the Russians bravely managed to force the Germans to retreat.

Not exactly. But this story-telling is excellent in order to force Germany again to destroy Europe by means of moral harassment.
During the Second World War, the Germans were FORCED to launch an invasion of the Soviet Union, by the same predators as to-day.
In the Rockefeller Archive, one can find that at the time Rockefeller had forced Stalin to produce and export huge quantities of stuff made of steel (Soviet Union was indebted to their anglo-american lenders and Stalin was closely controlled by their so-called private guards), in order to prevent Russia to produce enough weapons for its soldiers.
On the battle fields, mpst russian soldiers had to wait for a comrade to die in order to take his gun, hence the extremely high number of casualties.
The world predators didn’t count with Stalin’s resistance, believing they had definitely arranged for it to be impossible. They believed, already then, that the Soviet Union would fall.
They had armed Germany to the teeth and Standard Oil delivered the oil.
Their plan was to use Germany/Hitler as a tool to usher “naturally” into their planned ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT already then, right after the 2nd WW. Their Plan failed only because of Stalin/Russia. This is why after Stalingrad the world predators decided to continue their war for world slavery in a non-official manner.
