France’s Castex, Véran and Blanquer Targeted by a New Complaint to the Court of Justice

Castex, Véran and Blanquer targeted by a new complaint to the Court of Justice of the Republic

In mid-November, we reported on the complaint lodged by and the International Association for Independent and Benevolent Scientific Medicine (AIMSIB) against X, in particular the mainstream media and their editors. The subject matter: biased media treatment resulting in the continuous dissemination of unfair and biased information, leading to the exercise of psychological pressure aimed at subjecting the public to a clinical trial of gene therapy, which presents health risks.

Once again, BonSens joins AIMSIB in a complaint against Jean Castex, Prime Minister, Olivier Véran, Minister of Health, and Jean-Michel Blanquer, Minister of National Education, for abuse of weakness and ignorance, extortion of consent and attempted extortion of consent, poisoning and attempted poisoning, swindling and attempted swindling in an organised gang, aggravated deception and attempted aggravated deception in an organised gang, genocide.

Firstly, the associations believe that we are currently experiencing not a health crisis, but a global financial crisis against a backdrop of globalist and neo-Malthusian ideology. A crisis that the government has seized upon to encourage the population to be injected with experimental pharmaceuticals wrongly called “vaccines” by means of unprecedented coercive measures.

They are accused of misleading advertisements about these experimental products without ever informing the French people about the risks involved, the fact that it is a clinical trial, and the deaths that have occurred in France and abroad.

In support of their complaint, numerous elements are brought to demonstrate the financial links of interest between the major media, GAFAM, WHO, GAVI, various foundations, the speakers on the stage, the consultancy agencies selected by the government and the pharmaceutical laboratories marketing the “experimental gene therapies” (condemned on multiple occasions for corruption of heads of state, false publicity, infringement of the principle of free and informed consent, injuries and homicides).

BonSens and AIMSIB conclude that it is necessary to evoke a collusion manifested by a series of acts since January 2020 that demonstrate a desire to attack the life, physical and psychological integrity of a large number of French citizens.

To support their argument, the 135-page dossier contains an avalanche of facts and documents, notably on the mechanisms of psychological torture and mass manipulation, the use of PCR tests to create a pandemic of positive tests and false patients, the exploitation of an incidence rate set at an extremely low level of cases to justify the extension of the state of health emergency, the low rate of Covid hospitalisation for the year 2020, in contrast to the fear speech made by Olivier Véran, the number of deaths caused by Covid artificially increased, the banning of world-renowned effective treatments on the grounds that there is “no scientific evidence” when there is plenty of it, the dependence of the French media on American financial giants preventing citizens from forming a free and informed consent, the violence, threats, discrimination and incitement to hatred against people who do not submit to the scientific experiment underway, or the high level of side effects and deaths linked to vaccination.

In view of these elements, the first deaths that occurred at the time of the mass vaccination, and the many alerts from experts around the world, the associations consider that medical ethics and the precautionary principle should have led to the immediate cessation of this experiment.

They therefore accuse the members of the government of persisting in a “deadly” path and of dramatising today a fifth wave that does not exist in order to force the French to run towards a third injection, including adolescents, who, they stress, if they are far from being the target of Covid, are, on the other hand, highly likely to develop side effects.

Based on legal definitions, they believe that the elements of genocide are present, asking the question: “What ideology or financial reason can drive a government to terrorise and sacrifice its population in this way?

For all these reasons, BonSens and AIMSIB have chosen to file a complaint with the Commission of Requests.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
