ER Editor: Remember when Macron (or ‘Macron’) was persona non grata in the summer at the BRICS summit? (Emmanuel Macron would be inappropriate guest at BRICS summit, says Russia)
Now France’s membership in BRICS is being floated publicly by none other than the grandson of the late Charles de Gaulle and it’s suddenly a worthy idea. We wouldn’t mind betting that France is already a member as other countries are rumoured to be, such as the UK.
A reminder that General Charles de Gaulle, operating around the time of the Kennedy brothers, had a number of CIA assassination attempts made against him. 33 is the number we’ve seen. Rumour is he was taken out when he finally went into retirement. How poetic and symbolic that it is his grandson making these public overtures to Russia. We believe this is hugely symbolic of a power shift, too. Benjamin Fulford endorses this view, suggesting that France is under De Gaulle’s control (or, we believe, under that of a group BEHIND De Gaulle).
The ninth St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum took place on November 16-18, 2023. Putin’s address with a Q/A session is provided in full below. Pierre de Gaulle addresses him during this session with English translation provided.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
