When you survey the mainstream media coverage on the issue of global population, it is overwhelmingly dominated by heightened fears of over-population, but very little in terms of under-population. Certainly, the term eugenics comes to mind when analyzing the dominant mainstream institutionalized Malthusian thinking. But is this the correct, or indeed, the most accurate approach to this issue when even the UN is expecting global numbers to peak by 2100?
