French Covidism: Catastrophic Shortage of Blood Bags Also Due to the Lack of Medical Samplers

Covidism: catastrophic shortage of blood bags also due to the lack of medical samplers!

This is a major collateral effect of the suspension of nursing staff

It is quite catastrophic information since 30,000 blood bags are missing before tackling this usually accident-prone summer and requiring 110,000 bags.

One of the causes of this low stock is the lack of qualified nursing staff to recover these donations. We learn that the EFS (or French blood establishment) even published in February for the first time in its history a vital emergency bulletin (see below or click on the link).

We can point out yet another French covid madness: the vaccination pass is not compulsory for blood donation even if the center is located within the walls of a hospital; on the other hand, if you are seriously ill and need medical monitoring, you must present a vaccination pass.

Maintaining the suspension of nursing staff is a criminal decision with dramatic consequences. Those responsible for future deaths are known: Macron, Véran, Salomon, the directors of ARS… justice will have to do its job and rule on the next complaints from the families of the victims.

“As in all health sectors, the EFS is also sorely lacking in human resources. Currently, 60 doctor’s posts and 60 nurse’s posts are vacant, indicates Hervé Meinrad. This large number of unfilled jobs affects the ability of the EFS to offer a sufficient collection offer to quickly increase stocks”. (Source: The Cross )

Two years of permanent tensions linked to the impacts generated by the Covid (cancellations of collections in companies and universities, weaker mobilization of donors, difficulties in recruiting medical personnel) have considerably affected blood collection. The wave linked to the Omicron variant, which affected several million French people in a few weeks, added two critical elements: the self-deferral of certain blood donors and a high rate of absenteeism among EFS staff. (Source: EFS)

On the occasion of World Blood Donor Day, this Tuesday, June 14, the French Blood Establishment calls for mobilization to replenish stocks before the summer. Even if the donors respond, the challenge now is to win back the youngest to ensure essential renewal.

A thousand more donations a day. This is the minimum necessary to reach to replenish the stock of blood bags of the French Blood Establishment (EFS). Without this, “the summer  will be difficult  “ , warns its president, François Toujas who calls for a new mobilization.

With 80,000 blood bags for a target of 110,000, the stock is…

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
