ER Editor: This piece was written just before the vote was taken in the French parliament, the Assemblée National in the wee hours of yesterday, November 4. The result of the vote was 147 votes in favour of extending the health pass until July 2022, 125 against. As a reminder, a general election will be held in April, 2022; so this vote extends the health pass (thus permitting more injecting of a still-experimental product) until July.
There are 577 members of the Assemblée National – FIVE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY SEVEN. 147 + 125 = 272 (+ 2 extra) / 577 = 47% of the French people’s ELECTED REPRESENTATIVES managed to do their job and express an opinion. Oh yes, they were asleep – it was 3am after all.

BonSens is considering a new complaint against the parliamentarians who voted to extend the health pass

In parallel to the criminal complaint against the members of the Joint Commission for crimes against humanity, genocide, criminal conspiracy, complicity in crimes and for having attempted to take the life of others by the use or administration of substances likely to cause death, the BonSens.org association has informed us today that it will consider filing the same type of criminal complaint against the members of parliament who voted for the law on the extension of the health pass.
The BonSens association considers “that the parliamentarians are today well informed about the impressive number of victims of serious undesirable effects of products labelled “vaccines”, and that by continuing to vote for the extension of the health pass, they will contribute to leading hundreds of people to take risks, some of which can be fatal, especially young people who are not very affected by the epidemic, who will be led to “vaccination” simply to study or to go to the restaurant”… As a result, these parliamentarians could, according to the association, “be prosecuted later for having contributed to what some do not hesitate to call genocide or crimes against the population. Many people wishing to file such a complaint have already come forward to the association BonSens.org.
They were very young and their names were Maxime, Sofia, Paul…
What they have in common is that they gave in to the pressure of the vaccine to regain their “former life”. This life they lost, suddenly, terribly… Some time after having undergone an experimental injection. Obviously, at the highest level, it is asserted that there is officially no link with the injection.
However, because these young people had no previous health history, the link with the injection can not be ruled out. The basis of pharmacovigilance is that a suspected effect must be reported.
And then there are all these very young victims of myocarditis and pericarditis, Mathieu, Quentin and all the others, for whom we do not know if they will have any after-effects – the affected heart muscles do not regenerate – and for whom the link with the injection has already been established for months by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), the French National Medicines Safety Agency (ANSM)
The BonSens.org association informs us that, alerted by its members and the news of pharmacovigilance showing abnormal rates of declarations of serious undesirable effects after injection of experimental products compared to classical vaccines, it quickly positioned itself on what was happening and wrote to the President of the Republic to ask for a moratorium on vaccination.
But then, there was the vaccination obligation for caregivers (and other professionals) and the health pass with the law of August 5, 2021.
The association declares:
“Senators and deputies have voted a law obliging health personnel to participate in a clinical trial to be able to continue working, and also obliging the population to do the same with the imposition of the health pass, forgetting any precautionary principle with new experimental treatments showing levels of pharmacovigilance on an unprecedented scale. And given that there are officially no established links with the injection despite the lack of a history of health problems, particularly among young people who are the subject of reports of serious adverse effects, or even death, we are in the field of what is commonly called “diabolical proof”.”
Very active, the association has, on several occasions, warned parliamentarians of the erroneous information they had, and this by registered mail and email.
Following the vote at the end of July, BonSens.org decided to file a complaint against the parliamentarians who participated in the vote of this law in the joint committee.
Today it has decided to go further, and for the same reasons, it has announced that it will also file complaints against all parliamentarians who voted for the extension of the health pass. To this end, she explains that “in the end, this health pass is comparable to the vaccination obligation of health care workers. It would be akin to complicity in attempted poisoning, since it is a disguised vaccination obligation”.
The BonSens association asks for answers from one of the pillars of democracy, the judiciary, independent from the executive power and the parliament, because for it “very serious questions are posed today within our French “democracy””.
It states:
“With regard to Article 26 of our Constitution in its drafting of 1995 and especially criminal cases TOUVIER, BARBIE and PAPON, could not in the near future, the judges rule in particular for crimes against humanity, genocide, criminal conspiracy, complicity in crimes to have attempted the life of others by the use or administration of substances likely to cause death, the inexcusable acts and of particular gravity of parliamentarians who :
– Voted in favor of the law of August 5, 2021 obliging caregivers to participate in clinical trials of a new gene technology, supposedly preventive, in order to obtain authorization to work to feed their families?
– Voted in favor of a law on the health pass imposing a serious psychological pressure on a fragile and uninformed population, especially on our children in order to force them to participate in clinical trials of this new so-called preventive gene technology in order to have the authorization to move or to participate in social activities (sports for children and adults, restaurants, cinemas, etc.)
– Voted in favor of a law that forces children to be poisoned with masks at school while many studies clearly demonstrate their inefficiency.
The magistrates will soon have to pronounce themselves in the name of the French People and not in the name of the parliamentarians, who are only passing through!
On the side of BonSens, we are confident in the capacity of the French judiciary to take into account the information made available to it.
