ER Editor: Below this short article, we are publishing the first page (machine-translated) of the 64-page document in PDF form that is linked to below, to give readers a flavour of the complaint against the French government.
The document, dated 21 June 2021, comes from Secretary General Patrice LePiller and the Legal Director Raphael Cohen of CSAPE, the Collective of European Trade Unions and Professional Associations and is addressed to the Prosecutor of the I.C.C. in The Hague.
Covid: complaint against France before the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity
I have just received the excellent news that CSAPE (Collective of European Trade Unions and Professional Associations) has filed a criminal complaint with the ICC on June 28 against President Emmanuel Macron, the government and senior officials involved in the criminal management of the Covid epidemic.
Here is the press release received today from its secretary general:
CSAPE informs you that following the interpellation of March 02, 2021, by formal notice that remains unanswered, a complaint against French leaders has just been filed at the International Criminal Court (ICC) with a request to open an investigation for crimes against humanity, offenses against human dignity, servitude and genocide, under the number OTP-CR-271/21.
We make public the complaint and our findings at the global level, and we urge you to join the action of CSAPE by also filing a complaint before the situation becomes irreversible due to lack of effective resistance – (actions before the French courts being doomed to failure for the reasons set out in the complaint).
It is about the future of humanity, including our children
You can read the attached complaint.
After having discovered the information revealed, all factual, you will certainly be convinced of the need to act. In this case, CSAPE can help you in the process.
It is necessary to be aware that all the good will must exert pressure greater than that imposed by the dictatorship in place. Gathering around a coercive action and participating in teamwork by relaying this action are essential means for defeating a totalitarian and deleterious policy.
You can also join us by becoming a member of CSAPE by returning the membership form which can be downloaded from the website www.csape.international and help us by paying a contribution and/or making a donation for the work accomplished by the initiators.
With our thanks,
Secretary General of CSAPE

The applicants explain that they have decided to file a complaint by name against:
* For organizing a situation of considerable damage and crimes on the French population:
The President of the French Republic, Mr. Emmanuel MACRON;
Mr. Prosecutor Karim Asad Ahmad KHAN,
We represent different professions and citizens. We are intervening in the interest of the population
which, in our opinion, has been fooled for a part and whose other part wants to exercise its most sacred right to refuse the degrading liberty-destroying measures and the inoculation of this product of pharmaceutical engineering improperly qualified as a “vaccine” in the medical and legal sense, of which no one today can say what the outcome will be, while it is insidiously and illegally imposed by the introduction of a health passport.
For the lack of having favored any debate with regard to the reality and abundant scientific literature, to authorize in the public arena only the intervention and opinions of health professionals in a conflict of interest with the pharmaceutical industry, the French State, through liberticidal laws that have replaced a real public health policy measured and adapted to a virus, the French State has tipped over into a totalitarian dictatorial regime in the name of Covid-19, by a generalization of the extortion of consent on the RT-PCR test, on the “VACCINE”, by the imposition of the mask, the constraint to residence in violation of all international treaties and codes.
We strongly recall that the French State cannot evade the applicable international law because of the health situation; indeed:
According to the European Court of Human Rights, it is advisable “to look beyond appearances and
to analyze the realities of the litigious situation”.
CESDHLF, September 23, 1982, n°7151/75 and 7152/75, Sporrong and Lönnroth v/Sweden, § 63.
The quarantine of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (CESDHLF) is not, as some would have us believe, to extol the merits of the derogation clause of article 15 of the Convention, but to examine the reality of the situation induced by the reality of the situation brought about by the non-use of article 15, both in Strasbourg and, above all, in domestic law.
On the one hand, France had the option, and not the obligation, to have recourse to article 15.
On the other hand, the conditions for the opening of article 15 “the existence of a public danger threatening the life of the nation” had to be met.
France made the political choice not to resort to article 15 of the Convention (CESDHLF).

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
