ER Editor: We’ve covered the drug policy failure in Canada a fair bit. The ‘safe supply’ nonsense, resting on decriminalization, does in fact make the government supplying enormous amounts of hard drugs to users under such a scheme a DRUG DEALER.  Let’s call it for what it is. The Canadian public, we feel, has been bamboozled by this woke nice-speak on the issue, not realizing that it’s paying for an absurd situation in which thousands more have been dying every year.

There is a warehouse ‘somewhere in Vancouver’ that is literally bursting to the rafters with hard drugs feeding this government scheme, a scheme that turns users into suppliers further down the line, creating their own business. This is the point Ontario premier Doug Ford makes in the video doing the rounds below. In a simple way, he attacks the nonsense in one fell swoop —

Ford calls out two things: safe injection sites and the safe supply policy. In a documentary we covered on here, a former Vancouver police officer was flabbergasted by the way the government was simply paying no attention to treatment and in stopping the addition problem.
