ER Editor: See this we recently published on the EU’s Digital Services Act (DSA) —
The EU’s Mass Censorship Regime Is Almost Fully Operational. Will It Go Global?
We can only agree with Peter Halligan‘s take on the DSA and the EU in general.
On the ‘Cult of Moloch’ Halligan references below (or ‘death cult’), we invite readers to check out Peter Koenig on this topic (and here).
********
Spot the difference – a Federal judge prohibits the Biden junta from collaborating with social and main street media – the EU passes a Digital Services Act (DSA) and the Digital Market Act (DMA)
PETER HALLIGAN
Censorship laws being passed or in train across the world, all serve one purpose – to promote One World Government and cede sovereignty to the UN and WHO should they declare an “Emergency” that suits their political goals (that is, those of the WEF and China).
A stark contrast is emerging between the global “freedom caucus” and the Marxist/Maoist Cult of Moloch seeking world domination – just like Ming the Merciless and Klytus, Dr Evil and Mini-me, Schwab and Harari.
It is epitomised by developments on opposite sides of the Atlantic.
On the one hand, from here:
Judge restricts Biden officials from colluding with Big Tech (nypost.com)
“A federal judge has blocked Biden administration officials from contacting social media companies in a landmark order targeting government censorship and suppression of online postings.
US District Court Judge Terry Doughty, a Trump appointee, determined Tuesday that the White House likely colluded with Big Tech to censor protected speech during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“During … a period perhaps best characterized by widespread doubt and uncertainty, the United States Government seems to have assumed a role similar to an Orwellian ‘Ministry of Truth,’” Doughty wrote in his 155-page order.”
And on the other, from here:
EU passes social media law: Firms taken to task for harmful content (usatoday.com)
“After some 16 hours of negotiations, the EU reached a deal early Saturday in Brussels on the Digital Services Act, a landmark law requiring companies to more aggressively police their content and take down anything deemed harmful or illegal quickly.
“Our new rules will protect users online, ensure freedom of expression and opportunities for businesses,” EU President Ursula von der Leyen tweeted. “What is illegal offline will effectively be illegal online in the EU. A strong signal for people, business & countries worldwide.”
My take? The EU should be renamed the Union of European Socialist Republics – the UESR to more accurately reflect the similarity with past high taxed, low productivity, totalitarian regimes. Its statements are a parody of the actual impact of their “regulations”, “directives” and “laws”. Most have the OPPOSITE real world impact that was intended – because they impose restrictions on living, not encouragements to live.
If the US does not join the “One World” system and subject its people to bondage by bureaucracy – much like it suffered under British colonial rule – it will be forced to once again liberate the world from totalitarianism (aka the Cult of Moloch).
Of course, the Cult has been infesting the planet for decades – including the US. Much of any protest has been flattened by now and politicians everywhere are full Cult members.
Just imagine how much better off the world would already be, were it not for the Cult that, literally, sucks the life blood out of people and also impoverishes them with taxes or steals their futures with debt and interest on that debt.
For what its worth, my solution (as valid as anyone else’s) is to reduce government taxes to below 10% of GDP AND run fiscal surpluses of 2-3% per annum for at least 20 years. There is your 2045 plan.
Not the BS of 2030, 2040 or 2050 UN plans that are the equivalent of 7th grader colouring books – UN staff colouring in a charcoal (carbon?) outline of WEF “sustainable development goals”.
In Europe, you can get a sense of what lies behind the passage of digital acts by looking at statements by one of its WEF trained dictators – Macron of France:
Macron floats social media cuts during riots – POLITICO
“”We need to think about the use of these networks by the youth … and about the bans that need to be put in place. And I say this very clearly, because they change the way young people relate to reality,” Macron said at a gathering at the Elysée Palace with some 250 mayors of cities targeted during the riots.”
Censorship in order to force compliance with Macron’s “reality” – not actual “reality” – his.
Now, here’s the kicker. Ask yourself “in what circumstances, can these laws, regulations and directives ALSO be applied?”
In Europe, how about here?
Ex-deputy PM vows to fight new Irish hate speech laws (msn.com)
Or here:
Fascist Dutch government declares state of emergency to stop farmer protests – David Icke
The UK has its version here:
A guide to the Online Safety Bill – GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
Other countries have their own versions.
Can you imagine the response from BLM and AntiFa if their pet hate projects were threatened in this way? Yes, freedom of speech = freedom to hate, but it also means freedom to protest AND exchange ideas – for better or worse.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
