ER Editor: Readers may be interested in this recent interview with Judge Napolitano and guest Scott Ritter. Ritters breaks it down for us why pulling troops and civilians out of the Kherson region (north, Ukraine side) is a necessary tactical decision, especially given the terrain and the risk of flooding from the Kakhovka dam upriver.
Scott Ritter – Russian Retreat, What’s it Mean?
Benjamin Fulford and Pepe Escobar have been talking about a deal being cut at much higher levels. Fulford last week talked about a high level deal whereby Russia would be given all land east of the Dnieper. The Dnieper cuts right through the Kherson region, leaving Kherson city on the ‘wrong’ (Ukrainian) side:
Russian Tass News Agency reports, for their part, confirm a secret deal negotiated between the Gnostic Illuminati and the WDS (ER: White Dragon Society) is being put into motion. The deal is to return to an agreement between Frederick the Great and the Russian Tsar to use the Dnieper river as the border between their respective zones of interest.
Tass now reports Russia is evacuating its’ troops and citizens to their side of the river.
The second article below, from Sputnik News, indicates who the new military inhabitants of recently-vacated Kherson City are. They’re back, creating their list of ‘collaborators’ that must be dealt with.

Russia: Genishek becomes the temporary administrative capital of Kherson Oblast
Moscow announcement
The temporary capital of Kherson Region was moved to Genichesk, where key government services are based, local official Alexander Fomin said.
“Today, Genichesk, where all the main government services are located, is a temporary administrative capital of the Kherson region,” he said.
Genichesk is a port city on the Sea of Azov, known for its resorts.
The departure from Kherson
On Wednesday (11/9/2022), Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu ordered the withdrawal of Russian troops from the right bank (ER: north, Ukraine side) of the Dnieper River back to the left bank based on the recommendation of General Sergey Surovikin, head of the Russian military operation in Ukraine.
Surovikin pointed out that Russian troops were successfully repelling Ukrainian attacks, and one of the reasons for the withdrawal was the risk that if the areas were flooded by the Kakhovka hydroelectric station, Russian forces would be isolated.
According to Surovikin, all civilians who wanted to leave the area — more than 115,000 people — have been transferred from the right bank.

‘Not A Good Look’ – As Ukrainian Troops Show Off Nazi Symbols in Kherson, Media Has Second Thoughts
SPUTNIK NEWS
The latest developments in NATO’s proxy war against Russia were once again accompanied by a wave of footage revealing the Nazi proclivities of an alarming number of Ukrainian soldiers.
In the days since, the videos have taken a darker turn, with footage (ER: ‘age-restricted’ by Twitter, funny that – see screenshot taken from what we believe to be the video in question) now showing residents accused of “collaboration”
being bound, gagged, and blinded by Ukrainian troops. As the violent tactics unleashed by Ukrainian troops on the civilian population escalate, so does the public scrutiny of the ideology of many of the city’s new occupiers, and even a cursory glance reveals an unnerving fixation with Nazism. (ER: See Arthur Morgan’s Twitter account for more information on who the neo-Nazis are going after in the Kherson area, labelling them as ‘collaborators‘. This includes children.)
While I am happy about the liberation of Kherson, wearing the SS Dirlewanger Brigade patch is not a good look.
This was arguably one of the most horrific SS units of the war, made up of convicted murderers, rapists and pedophiles and committed innumerable brutal war crimes. https://t.co/5CcECNIEs5 pic.twitter.com/sv1kMeZnPH

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
