The mandatory vaccination that we mentioned yesterday should not see the light of day before the presidential elections.

The well known Bruno Megarbane, head of the resuscitation department of the Lariboisière hospital in Paris, spoke too much yesterday on LCI, in the manner of people who want to show that they know things that others do not. Mandatory vaccination in the pipeline for 2022

Another interesting piece of information gleaned yesterday from Bouygues’ channels: Jean Castex blithely explained that gas and electricity prices would be blocked and capped… until the next presidential elections. Here is an electoral campaign all in the constructive project, which can in no way be accused of turning the money board to ensure the popularity of the outgoing president!
Insiders will have understood that massive increases will take place once the elections are over. We can’t say we weren’t warned.
Taxes for savers
We would like to remind you that tax increases for savers have already been the subject of an abundant literature, the effects of which should also be felt after next year’s elections. We have mentioned this in our columns, particularly in relation to the Tirole-Blanchard report.
We recall that this report developed two major axes for future tax increases: the re-taxation of life insurance and the elimination of inheritance incentives on the one hand, and the taxation of entrepreneurial dividends as well as ordinary remuneration on the other. These two painful sequences will probably take place in 2023.
These announcements have the merit of outlining what Emmanuel Macron’s next term in office will be, the preparation of which is being actively led by the subsidized media. It remains to be seen whether the outgoing president’s program will announce these measures… or whether they will be hidden behind the scenes and pulled out of the hat once the election is over.
