Evidence of Pandemic Preplanning? Those Small Pesky Details [VIDEO]

ER Editor: A short video was uploaded onto Rumble recently purporting to show official signage of the ‘pass sanitaire’ or the health pass issued by the French government. As such, being government-authorized, the messaging, design and volume for mass production was ordered by the government probably in advance of the printed date, therefore some time in 2019.

You don’t need to understand French to watch and appreciate this short video, but we’ll post a transcript and a translation anyway. We’ll let the woman figure out the implications. She’s being heavily ironic.

French Version

Je vais vous montrer un truc. Regardez. Le pass sanitaire machin. Regardez la date. Voila! Donc là, c’est en direct, donc c’est pas une fiche trafiqué ou machin. Donc, la date du vingt janvier deux mille vingt, donc avant même la première vague, ils avaient déjà fait leurs affiches. Voila. C’est beau, hein? … C’est beau. Voila. Ils avaient prévu tout ça en deux mille vingt. Voila. Comme ça je mets ça en public. C’est tout à fait normal. On nous prend pas pour des cons du tout.

English Translation

I’ll show you something. Take a look. The health pass thingy. Look at the date. Here it is! So this is live, so it’s not a doctored form or anything. So, the date is the 20th of January 2020, so even before the first wave, they had already made their posters. That’s it. It’s beautiful, eh? … It’s beautiful. That’s it. We believe that the company producing this poster is here: toutelasignalitique.com. We cannot find this precise document here among many options, but similar posters, signage and stickers can be found on this site available for purchase by the public. Business must be roaring. We wonder who owns it.
