Dutch court orders Bill Gates to defend himself in person in unique vaccine damage case

THE UPRIGHT FOUNDATION IS FILING A CASE IN WHICH 16 PROMINENT DUTCH PEOPLE ARE SUMMONED

The RechtOprecht (Upright) foundation has filed a case with the court in Leeuwarden on behalf of seven people. These plaintiffs claim to have suffered adverse effects from Covid-19 vaccinations and are now seeking damages from defendants. 16 prominent Dutch people have been summoned. These include Jaap van Dissel, Mark Rutte, Sigrid Kaag, Hugo de Jonge, Ernst Kuipers, Wopke Hoekstra and Agnes Kant.

This landmark trial is the first of its kind worldwide as prosecutors argue that Covid-19 is not just a disease, but part of a larger agenda known as the “Great Reset.” The plaintiffs allege that the defendants, both individually and collectively, acted intentionally and unlawfully, causing significant damage to the plaintiffs.

To date, no civil cases have been brought against leaders of the system in any other WHO member country, in which significant harm has been alged to the population.

Dutch court orders Bill Gates to defend himself in person in unique vaccine damage case

William Gates III learned on May 1^st that one can be a billionaire, but in front of Lady Justice we are all equal. The Dutch court of Leeuwarden / Ljouwert ordered the vaccine pusher to appear before the court at a yet to be determined date in person, accompanied by his lawyer.

Gates is ordered to defend himself in a Civil lawsuit against seven plaintiffs united in the Rechtoprecht foundation. The plaintiffs claim to be suffering from the consequences of Corona vaccinations.

Europe Reloaded has published about this case before. Bill Gates is just one of 17 defendants, but he is the only one who claimed immunity because Gates has “challenged the jurisdiction of [the] court” under article 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure.¹  In an interim judgment, the court of Leeuwarden has  “ordered an appearance of the parties, assisted by their lawyers, to provide an explanation of the hearing of Mr. T.P. Hoekstra, in the courthouse in Leeuwarden at a date and time to be determined by the court.”²

By way of his Dutch lawfirm Pels Rijcken, Gates responded to the court that he is prevented from appearing on the following dates:

May: 21 t/m 23, 27 t/m 31,
June: 3 t/m 11, 17 t/m 19, 21, 24, 26, 28,
July: 1, 4, 5, 8, 15 t/m 31,
August: 1 t/m 12, 16, 20, 27, 29, 30,
September: 2 t/m 13, 20, 23, 27,
October: 4, 16, 25, 28,
November: 8 t/m 22, 26. ³

With which Gates confirms that he will comply with the court’s order, assuming the court will abide with Mr. Gates’ schedule.

Since the publication of our first article about this court case in July of last year, we have since learned that one of the seven plaintiffs has passed away. But now that Bill Gates’ conclusion has been dealt with, the court can resume business.

The other defendants in the case include: Albert Bourla, CEO of Pfizer; Mark Rutte, Prime Minister of the Netherlands; Hugo de Jonge, former Minister of Health; Sigrid Kaag, deputy PM of the Netherlands; Jaap van Dissel, the Dutch equivalent of Anthony Fauci; Agnes Kant, CEO of Lareb, the Dutch institute for monitoring side effects; and the Dutch state itself.

The six remaining plaintiffs claim that they have suffered harms due to the Corona vaccinations, and all 17 defendants pushed the vaccinations while they knew, or could have known, that these vaccinations had severe side effects. The plaintiffs further argue that the defendants “acted individually and as a group deliberately illegally and caused considerable damage to the plaintiffs.”
