The RechtOprecht foundation has filed a case with the court in Leeuwarden on behalf of seven people.These plaintiffs claim to have suffered adverse effects from Covid-19 vaccinations and are now seeking damages from defendants.16 prominent Dutch people have been summoned. These include Jaap van Dissel, Mark Rutte, Sigrid Kaag, Hugo de Jonge, Ernst Kuipers, Wopke Hoekstra and Agnes Kant.
This landmark trial is the first of its kind worldwide as prosecutors argue that Covid-19 is not just a disease, but part of a larger agenda known as the “Great Reset.” The plaintiffs allege that the defendants, both individually and collectively, acted intentionally and unlawfully, causing significant damage to the plaintiffs.
To date, no civil cases have been brought against leaders of the system in any other WHO member country, in which significant harm has been alged to the population.

These two defendants have tried for a long time to frustrate the service of the summons by refusing to accept these documents through their security. In the USA, judicial documents to be served must actually be delivered in person or received by a person who has been authorized by the defendant to receive these documents for him. The bailiff ultimately had to exert pressure by involving the police (U.S. Marshal) to issue the summons to Albert Bourla and Bill Gates:
The docket date on which the defendant parties had to report to the court in Leeuwarden through a lawyer was November 22, 2023. The mainstream media and also some of the opposition media pay scant attention to this important substantive procedure. The only little attention they pay is negative attention in the form of: “the procedure is hopeless or the procedure is only good for writing history”. One day before the first session of this case (November 22nd) I received a small update (Dutch video message)
All Dutch defendents, including the Dutch State itself, have appointed a lawyer to represent them.
In the case of Bill Gates we can say that his personal lawyer received the indictment. So Bill Gates is aware of the case. Up to today Bill Gates’ lawyer has not responded that he is going to defend his client.
Finally for Albert Bourla. Several bailiffs have tried to give Bourla or his legal representative the subpoena. It has been unsuccessful. Which probably means that he is not going to defend himself.
Furthermore it has become known that one of the claimants, a 51-year old woman, passed away in October. Whether that had anything to do with her vaccine injury is unknown at this point. How the judge is going to weigh the interests of this claimant needs to be determined tomorrow.
