Every developed country has DNA databases.
It is laughably easy to either combine these databases into a global database or hack them with tools available in the global intel community and “dark webs”.
The WHO and health regulators are enablers of big pharma – they are not competent in the technology being used or the monitoring of the roll-out of injections – post clinical trials.
Health regulators intentionally and maliciously ignore all safety signals from adverse event reporting systems – so do politicians and centres of learning – who are in the pay of big pharma.
What is the probability that the alphabet soups in the military, the intel agencies and health regulators have access to these DNA records and are working on how to create a virus that will alter DNA to a degree that triggers the conditions for a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC pronounced FAKE) ?
What’s the probability that big pharma will be positioned IN ADVANCE with a solution – mRNA based?
Right now, given the scale of Scamdemic 1.0, the probability is better than even money – it’s odds on, maybe >65% for both questions.
