‘Biden’ Administration Arrests Trump on Charges that are Impossible

Former US president Donald Trump appeared in court in Miami, Florida, on Tuesday for an initial hearing after he was charged with mishandling government documents. Trump pleaded not guilty, and maintains that the 37-count indictment is a “Stalinist” attempt by President Joe Biden to sideline his leading political rival.

Trump’s motorcade arrived at the Wilkie D Ferguson courthouse on Tuesday afternoon, driving underground before he was arrested and arraigned. While en route to the court, Trump posted on his Truth Social platform: “One of the saddest days in the history of our country. We are a nation in decline!!!”

The charges against Trump were unsealed on Friday, following a months-long investigation led by the Justice Department’s special counsel, Jack Smith. The probe began with an FBI raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida last August, during which agents recovered boxes of government papers, some allegedly containing intelligence on foreign countries.

Trump is facing 31 counts of “willful retention” of classified documents under the Espionage Act, and six other counts including obstruction of justice and false statements. Violations of the Espionage Act carry up to 10 years in prison, while some of the obstruction charges carry up to 20.

The “Biden” administration and their criminal DoJ arrested Trump on 37 bogus charges. Of course, Trump pleaded “not guilty.”

Given that all of the polling data coming in now shows that Trump would handily win the 2024 election, and given that the Biden Crime Family desperately needed a distraction since the bombshell leaks of the FBI covering up the Burisma bribes and recorded evidence of the “The Big Guy” and Hunter pocketing $5 million apiece, the timing of these sham charges was perfectly orchestrated.

By constitutional law a President can be in possession of any classified documents, and he can declassify any documents he so wishes. It is constitutionally impossible for a President to violate the Espionage Act, which constitutes 31 of the 37 charges.

The other charges are one count of “withholding a document or record,” which a President is also by law unable to commit, one count of “conspiracy to obstruct justice” which is also an impossible charge, one count of “corruptly concealing a document or record” which is another impossible charge, one count of “withholding a document or record” which is the President’s legal privilege, one count of “concealing a document in a deferral investigation” which too is Trump’s legal right, one count of “scheme to conceal” which is as tenuous a charge as it sounds, and one absurd count of “false statements and representations.”

The “espionage” charges carry up to 10-year prison terms, while the other charges carry up to 20-year terms.

Trump posted on his Truth Social account en route to the courthouse:

This whole Uniparty kabuki theater show is threefold: to use lawfare to destroy a political opponent, to coverup the real crimes of the Biden family, and to utterly and completely demoralize We the People.
