ER Editor: A couple of videos caught our attention this week involving child abductions in Ireland. The Youtube video below is particularly disturbing for the way the behaviour and attitude of the potential abductor is described by the mother. This is yet another pressure point on the immigration issue for the indigenous Irish.
In a story we link to, a magistrate is protecting the identity of an apprehended migrant perpetrator because … of the risk of inflaming the public? Who have every right to be outraged.

Gript.ie have a report in which the man’s identity cannot be given as per a judge’s instructions, yet there is confidence he is ‘Eastern European’. Which likely means migration is a relevant part of the situation, including mental health according to the report.
