Some countries seem especially hit by the incidence of adverse reactions, such as Netherlands, France, Italy and Spain. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing how these absolute numbers of harmful events translate into a percentage of the total number of vaccines given.
We don’t need to be reminded that these figures represent probably a tiny FRACTION of the total number of adverse events that have really happened.

The European database of suspected drug reaction reports is EudraVigilance, which also tracks reports of injuries and deaths following the experimental COVID-19 “vaccines.”
Here is what EudraVigilance states about their database:
This website was launched by the European Medicines Agency in 2012 to provide public access to reports of suspected side effects (also known as suspected adverse drug reactions). These reports are submitted electronically to EudraVigilance by national medicines regulatory authorities and by pharmaceutical companies that hold marketing authorisations (licences) for the medicines.
EudraVigilance is a system designed for collecting reports of suspected side effects. These reports are used for evaluating the benefits and risks of medicines during their development and monitoring their safety following their authorisation in the European Economic Area (EEA). EudraVigilance has been in use since December 2001.
This website was launched to comply with the EudraVigilance Access Policy, which was developed to improve public health by supporting the monitoring of the safety of medicines and to increase transparency for stakeholders, including the general public.
The Management Board of the European Medicines Agency first approved the EudraVigilance Access Policy in December 2010. A revision was adopted by the Board in December 2015 based on the 2010 pharmacovigilance legislation. The policy aims to provide stakeholders such as national medicines regulatory authorities in the EEA, the European Commission, healthcare professionals, patients and consumers, as well as the pharmaceutical industry and research organisations, with access to reports on suspected side effects.
Transparency is a key guiding principle of the Agency, and is pivotal to building trust and confidence in the regulatory process. By increasing transparency, the Agency is better able to address the growing need among stakeholders, including the general public, for access to information. (Source.)
Their report through April 17, 2021 lists 7,766 deaths and 330,218 injuries following injections of four experimental COVID-19 shots:

- COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE PFIZER-BIONTECH
- COVID-19 VACCINE ASTRAZENECA (CHADOX1 NCOV-19)
- COVID-19 VACCINE JANSSEN (AD26.COV2.S)
A Health Impact News subscriber in Europe ran the reports for each of the four COVID-19 shots we are including here. This subscriber has volunteered to do this, and it is a lot of work to tabulate each reaction with injuries and fatalities, since there is no place on the EudraVigilance system we have found that tabulates all the results.

This is public information funded by the European Medicines Agency (EMA), and anyone can use the EudraVigilance system and verify this data.
Denmark and Norway have completely suspended use of the AstraZeneca experimental COVID-19 shots.
A statement issued by the Norwegian Institute of Public Health stated that the AstraZeneca COVID “vaccine” is more dangerous than COVID itself, especially for young people.
The EMA continues to recommend it. They did, however, add a safety warning to the J&J shots, due to fatal blood clots. (Source.)

I see that you are reproducing numbers from Brian Shilhavy Health Impact News.
I have done the same for some time, until I checked the neumbers for myself directly at the source (Eudravigilance).
The numbers are not correct. Brian Shilhavy uses a ‘subscriber’ to fetch and compile these numbers every week.
This is what he writes on his website.
The numbers are esily verifiable on http://www.adrreports.eu/en/index.html, which uses Oracle BI as a reporting tool.
For the 17.04.2021, the ‘Fatal’ reactions total numbers for the 4 vaccines were 7, 708. Not linked to ID.
What does that mean?
It means that Eudravigilance system does not give a total number of deaths every week, it gives a number of ‘fatal’ reactions (meaning death) for each ‘reaction group’ and for each ‘vaccine’ maker. There are 27 different reaction groups (example: cardiac disorders, eye disorders, vascular disorders, etc…).
When one ‘fatal’ reaction is reported in cardiac disorders for Moderna, it could also be reported in ‘vascular disorders’, meaning one death could have multiple entries in multiple reaction groups.
Conclusion: there is no guarantee that these numbers are unique death numbers.
Now, there is a reporting tool in Eudravigilance (based on oracle BI) whicl allows to export excel or .pdf files. It’s called: ‘Run Line Listing Report’ and allows to export ‘deaths’ ‘linked to ID’.
According to these exports, for the 4 vaccine makers, on the 17.04.2021, there were 1,703 deaths linked with an ID.
I am not saying that there are only 1,703 deaths, but it would be honest to report this number if we want to avoid to be like MSM fake news media.
So, the problem with Brian Shilhavy numbers are:
1/ He writes 7,766 dead when there were 7,708 ‘fatal reactions’ reported with no guarantee that these don’t contain duplicates. Why the exageration?
2/ He doesn’t mention the details or explains the way these fatal reactions are reported, and doens’t mention the ‘Run Line Listing Report’ which clearly states deaths with unique ID’s.
3/ He relies on a ‘subscriber’to do the job for him and obviously didn’t verify the numbers.
The last issue I found was with the USA numbers from VAERS. There are 3,186 deaths reported (you can check the source), he even provides the source and a table where it is clearly stated 3,186 deaths, yet he writes twice on large characters in bold 3,486 deaths!
Since few weeks I have realized that he was doing it systematically. I tried to warn him, inform him about it.
As a result, I was blocked… … Maybe he is too busy or tired, but blocking someone telling you that you are making this kind of errors, look like censorship to me.
You do what you want but I strongly suggest not to rpost his numbers without checking the sources by yourselves, because by posting his dubious numbers, you are peddling fake news…
