ER Editor: With a public appeal to France by the UN no less, we’re wondering if this is going to be the start of some reveals. Incest includes pedophilia, of course, and possibly much worse. Out of 30,000 witness statements there may be some people among them who can name names, so to speak. Just a hunch, but the behavior of France’s relevant minister has been highly questionable.

As background, Charlotte Caubel, former magistrate and French Secretary of State for Children from July 2022 until a cabinet reshuffle on Jan. 8 2024, and probably another chinless Macron wonder, had an independent commission to investigate cases of family incest and related issues. One of the commission members was a pretty dedicated children’s judge, Edouard Durand; he’s just been removed and other members of the team have either left or been removed for a total of 13 departures. This HuffPost France report (browsers will translate) from December suggests that his face didn’t fit in some way:
POLITICS – The Civil Society, “Chapter II”. This Wednesday, December 13, Secretary of State for Children Charlotte Caubel explained the government’s – controversial – choice not to reappoint judge Édouard Durand as head of the institution, leading figure in the fight against incest.
“The Ciivise led by Judge Durand and his vice-president carried out its first project perfectly”, greeted Charlotte Caubel, guest of RTL. Nevertheless, “after 3 years (…) there is a need to renew the teams a little”, adds the Secretary of State who assures, according to interviews conducted internally, that “some no longer wanted to work” and that others “ including the vice-president (Nathalie Mathieu, Editor’s note), no longer necessarily wanted to work in this pair.” …
Children’s judge Édouard Durand, appreciated in particular for his independence and outspokenness, had the support of various child protection associations. Guest of RMC Monday December 11, he said “ignore” the reason for his replacement. “It’s not the color of my hair, the shape of my nose, or the stripes on my suit that’s the problem. Well, I hope. If we want to change, it is to change the doctrine, the line”, he regretted. He also criticizes the government for not sufficiently taking into account the 30,000 testimonies of adult victims of incest who contributed to establishing the list of recommendations.
We now pick up the story with France Soir from yesterday. Minister Charlotte Caubel has apparently not behaved well with this commission of experts. It’s also not clear at this moment if she’s been replaced as Minister for Children. The press release put out by the UN is critical of the commission’s work on investigating incest cases, implying it hasn’t been effective.

UN experts urge France to protect children from incest and sexual abuse
FRANCE SOIR

.
A questioning which puts the spotlight on France’s position on this subject, and which seems, day after day, to reveal an unflattering hidden side of our country of human rights.
Below is the press release issued by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.

GENEVA (January 19, 2024) – France must act urgently to protect children from sexual abuse within the family and tackle discriminatory treatment and to violence suffered by mothers trying to protect their children from sexual predation, UN experts said today*.
“Despite credible allegations of sexual abuse and incestuous violence against children by their fathers, France has shown little regard for precautionary principles and the best interests of the child, and “authorized the abuse of their mothers,” the experts said.
This statement follows a communication based on allegations of human rights violations against of children and their mothers, who sought to protect them from incestuous sexual abuse.
Experts found that children are allegedly victims of sexual abuse or at high risk of sexual abuse by their fathers or alleged perpetrators, against whom there is credible and disturbing evidence of incestuous sexual abuse.
“Despite these allegations, and in the absence of adequate investigation, these children are placed in the custody of the fathers against whom the allegations are made, and the mothers are sanctioned for child abduction for having “tried to protect their children,” they said.
“While France has responded to these allegations, the children concerned remain in the custody of the alleged perpetrators,” the experts said. “We are particularly concerned about the manner in which the Family Court allowed the alleged perpetrator to accuse the mother of parental alienation in order to undermine the allegations of sexual abuse against the children and divert attention from the alleged abuse to which they subject their partners and children.”
They urged the authorities to respect the “precautionary principle” and the “principle of due diligence” in child protection matters, particularly during legal proceedings, to enable a preventive approach in cases of uncertainty and complexity.
‘The child’s opinion must be sought and respected, and the best interests of the child must be the primary consideration before custody decisions are made in favor of the child. “one of the parents,” they said.
“It is essential to raise awareness among law enforcement and justice officials, and strengthen their capacity to effectively monitor and address the human rights violations suffered by these children and their mothers,” they said.
“Urgent measures must be taken to address the distressing situation in which children and their mothers are affected by the failure to adequately address their needs,” experts said.
The experts followed the work of the Independent Commission on Incest and Sexual Abuse of Minors (CIVIISE) with interest, whose conclusions confirm the concerns expressed in their communication to France. They urged France to put in place an effective and child-friendly complaints handling system, as well as an effective investigation mechanism to deal with complaints from victims of all forms of abuse, in order to guarantee lasting corrective solutions.
“These efforts, including in divorce and child custody cases, are essential and should go hand in hand with effective coordination between law enforcement agencies and other providers of services, keeping the best interests of the child at the center of all proceedings or decisions affecting or concerning children,’ they said.
Experts called for increased support and safe havens for victims and survivors of abuse and violence, as well as free, accessible and affordable comprehensive health, counseling and legal services.
They pointed out that France, as a party to the Convention on the Rights of the Child, to the optional protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child, concerning the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, and the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, must fulfill its obligations under of these international human rights instruments.
“France must conduct an effective investigation into the criminal allegation of sexual abuse of the children named in the allegation and of others, in order to ensure the obligation to accountability and reparation to victims and survivors”, experts said.
*The experts: Ms. Mama Fatima Singhateh, special rapporteur on the sale of children, sexual exploitation of children and child sexual abuse; Ms. Reem Alsalem, Special Rapporteur on violence against women and girls, its causes and consequences, Ms. Dorothy Estrada Tanck (President), Ms. Claudia Flores, Ms. Ivana Krstić , Ms. Haina Lu, and Ms. Laura Nyirinkindi (working group on discrimination against women).
Special rapporteurs and working groups are part of the special procedures of the Human Rights Council. Special Procedures, the largest group of independent experts in the United Nations human rights system, is the general name for the Council’s independent fact-finding and monitoring mechanisms. Special procedures mandate holders are independent human rights experts appointed by the Human Rights Council to address either specific national situations or issues and themes in all regions of the world. They are not United Nations personnel and are independent of any government or organization. They work as individuals and do not receive wages for their work.

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)

Good question, Deirdre. I think there’s a left hand and a right hand here. The independent experts called in to make commissions, etc. (the kind who got shelved in France) are probably OK. But the UN-employed permanent people, or another group of deep staters might be the ones doing this. It does seem contradictory for sure. The sexualization agenda does come from cabal people who run the UN.
Then why does the UN promote the sexualization of young children, including obviously grooming them for pedophilia? The UN’s SOGI is in school systems thanks to idiots (or perverts?) running governments that obey the UN.
Hmm…the experts, eh?
Why does this look like a white-European issue?
I mean, it’s not as if the world doesn’t know about child marriages, and child sex traffiking, and child pornography, and child soldiers-cum-sex slaves ….
I mean, come on – this is a global CULTURE of child disposability (is that a word?) and ok, maybe France’s court system is grossly tolerant of the perps, but I guaran-frikkin’-tee you, there is no cave on this planet where a child is not marred by sexual abuse – their own, their friends, their mothers’, their fathers’, their extended family members’ abuse.
Perhaps the lights can be turned to include the girls mutilated and killed by FGM – France doesn’t do that as a culture; or on the girls married to old men – France doesn’t do that as a culture….yaddiyaddiyaddi.
Call me cynical but this appears to be a directed committee of experts.
