ER Editor: This interview with Riccardo Bosi and John Michael Chambers, which came out just before Christmas, connects four of Trump’s longstanding Executive Orders with global events that are coming into view. We’ve provided a few notes up to around 15 minutes; we urge readers to watch the whole thing.
But first, Chambers’ introduction:

(6 mins) The Executive Orders are what have allowed the Q military operation to unfold. Here are the 4 EO’s mentioned:
EO 13818 (Dec 20, 2017): Blocking the property of those involved in human rights abuse or corruption.
EO 13848 (Sept 12, 2018): Imposing certain sanctions in the event of foreign interference in US election.
These were first implemented years ago, and are still operational today.
EO 13903 (Jan 31, 2020): Combatting human trafficking and online child exploitation.
EO 13928 (June 11, 2020): Blocking property of certain persons associated with the International Criminal Court.
JMC’s comment: the brilliant minds did their homework years ago on all this, well before the Executive Orders were written.
Bosi: The EO’s have been the puzzle pieces which are clues as to what ‘the plan’ has been about. The US Security Strategy was recently released, which Bosi urges us to read. It’s The Plan. Each EO helps to achieve this plan. He gives as an example dealing with the drug issues of Mexico and Venezuela. But this links to election interference first coming out of Venezuela. The EOs help unpack all the interlocking problems, with the aim of cleaning up the western hemisphere.
Bosi promises us a detailed analysis of the US Security Strategy as it relates to the relevant EO’s in an upcoming video. We look forward to that.
