Brigitte Trogneux faces 25 years in prison in the US following the lawsuit filed against Candace Owens

On July 23, 2025, the President of the Republic and his “charming wife” filed a defamation suit in the United States against the valiant Candace Owens in an attempt to have her convicted.
In this complaint, Mr. and Mrs. Trogneux – Maqueron produced the decision handed down by the Caen Court of Appeal on June 28, 2023, even though they had been informed by registered letter received on May 9, 2025, that this decision constituted forgery, use of forgery, and fraud by judgment, and that a complaint had been filed in Paris. This is extremely serious.
Natacha Rey will soon issue a direct summons against Brigitte Trogneux, married name Maqueron, against Jean-Michel Trogneux, against lawyer Jean Ennochi, and against Judge Delphine Chauchis, before the Paris court for fraud by judgment as part of an organized gang.
Brigitte Trogneux, married to Macron, and the others face 10 years in prison and a fine of €1,000,000.
The complaint against Candace Owens in the US contains lies and fraud in an attempt to secure a conviction (I);
these are extremely serious charges that carry a prison sentence of up to 25 years in the US (II);
the proceedings are being led by Dupont de Moretti (III).
I Lies and fraud
In US courts, lying and attempting to obtain a conviction by using false information, fraudulent evidence, or lying is very severely punished, especially since the parties are required to take an oath before speaking or answering questions.
However, in their complaint filed in the US on July 23, 2025, Mr. Emmanuel Macron and Mrs. Brigitte Trogneux, married name Macron, used fraudulent documents with the aim of wrongfully obtaining the conviction of Candace Owens:
1) The Trogneux family used the judgment of September 12, 2024, which found Natacha Rey guilty of defamation, based on statements that were not included in the lawsuit, i.e., statements that were not made public by Natacha Rey;
2) The Trogneux Maqueron family referred in their complaint to the ruling of the Caen Court of Appeal of June 28, 2023, which found Natacha Rey guilty of defamation in connection with forgery, use of forged documents, and fraud by judgment.
Natacha Rey was found guilty of defamation on the basis of seven passages that she never uttered either in private or in public. Mrs. Brigitte Trogneux, wife of Macron, and her husband, the brave Emmanuel, were informed of this situation by a registered letter received on May 9, 2025, see the letter below.
The Trogneux Macron consorts are therefore using the decision of the Caen Court of Appeal of June 28, 2023, in the proceedings in the US to try to obtain the conviction of Candace Owens, even though they were fully aware that this decision constitutes forgery, use of forged documents, and fraud by judgment, which is very serious in the US.
Candace Owens will be able to file a complaint in the US for fraud against the court, and in this case, Natacha Rey will join forces with Candace Owens and file a criminal complaint in the US against the Trogneux-Macron couple.
II The risk of being sentenced to 25 years in prison
In US courts:
the parties are required to take an oath before speaking, before answering questions asked by the judge or the defense;
and individuals who violate the oath they have taken are prosecuted criminally and face up to 25 years in prison depending on the severity of the lies and procedural fraud.
However, the complaint filed in the US by Mrs. Brigitte Trogneux, wife of Maqueron, and by Mr. Emmanuel Macron, targets court decisions obtained fraudulently in France, evidence that constitutes procedural fraud.
These procedural frauds, which taint the complaint filed in the US against Candace Owens, constitute evidence that could send Brigitte Trogneux, wife of Macron, to prison.

III A case supervised by Dupont de Moretti
ER: Eric Dupond-Moretti was the Minister of Justice from 2020 to 2024, and a controversial figure. He may be a 2.0 by now.
Dupont de Moretti publicly announced on Saturday, July 26, 2025, that he is the one supervising the lawyers in the US and therefore, Dupont de Moretti will, if necessary, have to answer for this case in the US before the criminal courts.
Indeed, on July 26, 2025, Dupont de Moretti publicly insulted and mocked Natacha Rey, dragging her through the mud, even though she had just been acquitted of 36 false accusations of defamation.
