Reiner Fuellmich invited to Warsaw: a “Nuremberg 2.0” initiated by Polish intellectuals

On 15 November, Reiner Fuellmich, founder of the Corona Ausschuss (Corona Committee) and former chancellor candidate for the new German political party Die Basis, was a guest of a Polish parliamentary commission of enquiry on Covid-19.
In Warsaw, he participated in the inauguration of the “Nuremberg 2.0” project, initiated by the same commission, which is a think-tank of Polish intellectuals. They include, for example, Grzegorz Braun, Professor Mirosław Piotrowski, Paweł Skutecki and Mr Jacek Wilk, assisted by lawyers Arkadiusz Tetela, Krzysztof Łopatowski and Jarosław Litwin.
With the help of Reiner Fuellmich and the Corona Committee, with which he has been working for months now, they are reportedly planning legal actions against what they call “the new totalitarianism”.
The Commission of Inquiry and the “Nuremberg 2.0” project
The conference lasted three hours and was broadcast live on YouTube. An English dubbing is available.
In the description of the video, the project is presented as follows:
“A citizens’ initiative born as much from the urgency of the moment as from a cry from the heart. The aim is to urge conscious and responsible Poles to gather documentation that describes the crimes, violations of law, abuses and omissions of the authorities and to testify about individual tragedies that the general public may not be aware of today…
[…] We ourselves will collect and classify the documentation; we are preparing legal actions in which the charges are specified, and we will take legal action against the direct or indirect perpetrators of the offences in question. We will also establish an archive of professional documentation, on the basis of which we will publish legal annals entitled “The Nuremberg Annals 2.0”.
This project was launched as a result of “decisions of the Polish government, and more specifically those of the Ministry of Health and its subordinate agencies, which have caused serious harm and injustice, most of whose victims are Poles – citizens of the Republic of Poland.” Regarding its title, which will certainly puzzle some readers, the authors state that it “refers to the trials reported in history books, where the NSDAP system of the Third Reich was prosecuted for the crimes perpetrated by those who carried out the policies and orders implemented by the said system. The name of the project is purely symbolic.”
Warsaw Declaration against the new totalitarianism
The day after the conference, the project’s bearers took up their pens to draft a first manifesto, a synthesis that marked the beginning of the investigation with force. One thing is certain: they want to make history. We have translated this manifesto and suggest you read it in full below:
As we meet in November 2021 in the Polish capital, Warsaw, we are sending this very important and urgent message to the world. It is clear to us that humanity is now facing the greatest challenge in its history. Large multinationals, especially in the digital, banking and pharmaceutical fields, have undertaken a major overhaul of our world, and in the process are destroying the health, wealth and lives of billions of people in an unprecedented way. In order to expand their spheres of influence and gain, the globalist groups centred on the ideology of health have begun – with premeditation – criminal actions aimed at provoking world chaos, resulting in major social movements, economic problems and bloody wars. It has been established to date that the intended remedy for such a situation should be strict political and financial control imposed on the populations, under the pretext of a false concern for health preservation, economic balance and security. The governments of several countries, being under the influence of the globalists, are fighting against their own populations on a scale never before known. These governments have thus become the local overseers of oppressive, criminal and international groups. Governments have, for the most part, monopolised the media sphere and have achieved submission, control and coercion, thereby collapsing basic laws and individual freedoms by using lies, terror and fear. The harmful effects of these actions have been made known through the increase in the number of deaths, through the destruction of economic activity, through difficulties in access to health care. The systematic violation of medical secrecy and privacy is a cause for great concern. At the same time, even greater dangers are looming on the horizon. To date, we do not know the long-term effects of the medical experiments imposed by Big Pharma. Nor do we know how much damage will be caused by this artificial limitation of economic activity and human relations.
It is from the Polish capital, having experienced the two totalitarian periods of the 20th century, that we call on all people of good will to unite together across all divisions, in the face of the subjugation that is fast approaching us all.
Human life cannot be governed by any ideology that threatens the dignity of the human person, truth and natural laws.
Dignity is an intrinsic, innate and natural sign of Man, independent of social and historical context. For this reason the human person must not be treated as a manipulable object or as a means to an end – such as those envisaged by totalitarian ideologies. The dignity of the human person remains a source of basic, inviolable rights, such as the right to self-defence, the right to freedom and property, the right to truth and work… Human life must never become the object of restriction, manipulation or exploitation. We insist that the lies currently propagated through the media and even through scientific circles call for a return to the truth understood as the coherence between perceived reality and lived reality. This will be a long and difficult process, but no one is exempt from the duty to seek the objective truth. Disinformation and pseudo-science (also on a global scale) must today arouse not only great concern, but also condemnation. Relativism leads inevitably to enslavement and totalitarianism. In our opinion, all laws must absolutely respect the natural law, which gives all other regulations a moral dimension that allows them to serve the real good of man. On the other hand, legal positivism, which is contrary to the requirements of natural law, has no value as a moral commitment. Unjust statutory law should be challenged by means of civil disobedience, and even be considered null and void. The right to disobey laws is a characteristic of subjective right before authority.
It is our duty to resist the authority that abuses its prerogatives, just as it is necessary to fight against dictatorship in all its forms. We are not only protesting against the various forms of harassment, but above all against the tyrannical power that has no name, but which today governs the world of finance, the media, police surveillance and politics. Human dignity, truth and natural law will not be able to lose against the new totalitarianism for good. Let us stand firmly by the most precious human values. Let us be united, let us be courageous and let us be active. We will win!

The idea sounds too good to be true. In did it covers most important aspects of our problems, but there are problems.
It is coincidence that the proposed trial is called Nuremberg 2? The first one as all law experts agreed was everything except just. It did not try those who started both world wars, the process was far from just, they tortured the inmates to extract the “truth” from them and they based their accusations on false evidence. What can we expect this time??? !000 lawyers are going to a bonanza….
True justice does not allow the lawyers to present on the process.
One of the closest trials I may recommend are the grand jury CL trials that we saw in UK. I mean Common Law without the precedences, just 3 most basic principles of CL. 1. Do not harm. 2. Do not do damage. 3. Keep the promise/contract.
We do have those 3 and a few extra rules of natural laws in our Proklamacja Narodu Polskiego published on many websites including the one below.
Based on just those 3 rules, we can and should try most our politicians and police officials as well as medical personnel. And we hopefully will soon.
The Warsaw declaration surprisingly was quite well written, and we the people may use some phrases in our declarations. This declaration let me point allow (hopefully by mistake), that the unlawful legislation remains to be treated as law. It never was nor will be.
The most basic rule of law in the world remains; Consensus facit legem.
Consent makes (is basis of) law.
Another thing the declaration allow that perhaps softer but government to remain to be a regime ruling over the people. However it allow to change.
The main man, the bearded Braun, was approached in the past very meny times and he never had anything to say about the natural law or justice.
Nothing was said in the declaration about the courts that they must base all processes on law not on legislations. Nothing was said about some people declaring to be above the law that is to carry immunity.
Summing. If this declaration could bring justice and law, why not. But it has a lot of serious problems as mentioned.
I propose that the Proklamacja Narodu Polskiego to be used as a template for a change. It contains the mentioned basic rules of natural law, new court system and new administration system. All interconnected. Where we the people are the source of law and they have duty to protect our laws. It is actually art 30 of polish Konstytucja 1997. As the constitution never was a law as it does not fulfill the requirements of law, it is an offer which we Poles accept that is article 30, and article 4, and we declare it to be the binding law. With it we do restore and declare that the natural law as it is published and mentioned here, is our law. It is also compatible with main narrative of the Warsaw declaration. So from now on we the people make the rulings and determinations, not the Rada Ministrow for us. Courts are based on the law, not legislations, and no judge judges the people because in law all are equal. We use UK Common Law system so 12 jury members try one. We must then immediately renegotiate the conditions of work and pay for all administration including ministers and the President.
We must require all administration people to make a promise of loyalty to care for best interest of Poles and Poland. This by no means do not discriminate guests in our country. You make laws of your home and guest to respect them.
Let’s hope that this declaration is not an entry to the New World Order with one “law”, one government, one god.
Therefore let’s make sure that we The People are sovereign, and the administration is our public servants, we are the source of law, we have first and the last word. We may not accept blindly marxist democracy, nor anything posed as an international laws which are not laws.
Let’s hope that we put it straight, and get rid of slavery by design when they created our personal fiction ie. strawman and corporations as legal person. Lets make all responsible for own actions. Lets make all court processes free, as money corrupts justice.

Dr. Fuellmich mentions the name of Michael Swinwood as being a Canadian lawyer doing a class action lawsuit. A first lawsuit was dismissed by the Canadian court in February 2021, an appeal is going to happen in March 2022, Fuellmich says.
