Italy: the “Legal Confederation for Human Rights” Demands a Moratorium on Vaccination Mandate

ER Editor: Italian lawyer Renate Holzeisen, a key member of Dr. Reiner Fuellmich’s Grand Jury, has been very active on behalf of those threatened with vaccination and losing their jobs because of it. This 2021 report (“Doctors confessed to us the wrong information on vaccines”) shows her taking medical personnel with her to challenge doctors administering Covid vaccines at a vaccination centre in Bolzano, where she finally has doctors admit that the vaccines don’t do what they claimed they were supposed to do, and that is prevent transmission of infection. See this page from Children’s Health Defense Europe.

Italy: the “Legal Confederation for Human Rights” demands a moratorium on the vaccination obligation

FRANCE SOIR

Anti-“green pass” demonstration, July 24, 2021, Piazza del Popolo in Rome Filippo MONTEFORTE / AFP

The petition is on the initiative of the lawyer and doctor of law Renate Holzeisen, Italian from Bolzano and therefore German-speaking, who founded on March 8, 2022 the Confederazione Legale per i Diritti dell’Uomo  – Legal Confederation for Human Rights.

Master Holzeisen left her field of tax expert to join the Corona Auschuss of Master Reiner Füllmich from the very beginning. Like Cercle Droit et Liberté in France, KRiStA – Netzwerk Kritische Richter und Staatsanwälte (judges and prosecutors), Anwälte für Aufklärung (lawyers), lawyers who advise Movimento3V, FPÖ or MFG Ö in Austria, it places at the forefront of jurists who act against the so-called “anti-Corona” freedom-killing measures and the vaccination obligation. Renate Holzeisen has notably represented caregivers before European institutions and is currently seeking the responsibility of the manufacturers of so-called anti-Covid vaccines.

Since 2020, Me Holzeisen has been collaborating with colleagues in Italy who advise professionals and individuals affected by so-called health measures or wishing to avoid vaccination blackmail and vexatious fines.

In Italy, the introduction of the very brutal vaccination pass (Green Pass) was accompanied by legal measures without any known historical precedent on European soil, attacking the very foundations of the law, and in particular the Penal Shield (Scudo penale) absolving doctors and other vaccinators of all criminal liability – notwithstanding the consequences for patients – under specious pretexts (urgency, lack of hindsight, lack of knowledge and skills in the subject by vaccinators).

In Italy too, tens of thousands of caregivers are currently suspended without pay and without rights, for refusing experimental injections. However, the Council of Administrative Justice (CGA) of Sicily ruled on March 22, 2022 that there was good reason to assess the conformity with the Constitution of the vaccination obligation (Decree Law 44/2021) for three reasons: inadequacy of side effects’ monitoring systems; incompleteness of the decisions concerning the advisability of vaccinating or not such an individual; irrational nature of documents concerning informed consent as presented to patients.

For the CGA, there is a prima facie lack of conformity with the Constitution, because it would be necessary to be able to identify a certain benefit for the health of both the individual and the community, which is greater than the harm possibly incurred by an individual subject to the bond.

The signatories of the Manifesto note that every day there is an influx of scientific studies – not to mention the internal laboratory documents now published – tending to demonstrate the shortcomings in the effectiveness and safety of so-called “anti-Covid” injections.

The signatories demand that the legislation in force be suspended, because “over time will prove the fallacy on which the said obligations (vaccines) are based… We must act and urgently… Tomorrow already, we will no longer be able to invoke the pretext of good faith and hide behind professions of ignorance which is already culpable ignorance. Not taking action now to have any obligation to vaccinate suspended is tantamount to being co-responsible in full knowledge of the serious damage that has occurred and to occur to those who will be forced or persuaded to submit to it. The Confederazione Legale will take any initiative tending to prove these co-responsibilities and this, before any competent court and authority… So that no victim is deprived of reparation in accordance with the cardinal principles that underpin the rule of law.”

Excerpts from the press release announcing the founding of the Confederazione Legale per i Diritti dell’Uomo in Milan, March 8, 2022

“The role of the lawyer, to which his oath testifies, commits all who have chosen this difficult profession to enter the path of loyalty, honor and diligence (…) for the ends of justice. The reference to the concept of justice commits the lawyer to recognize in natural law his guide. On the other hand, legal positivism, when it is seen as the passive acceptance of the rules issued by the legislative power, is an error which for too long has invaded law enforcement, the deleterious effect of which has manifested itself in the totalitarian movements of the 20th century. This malevolent spirit, coupled with the disturbing potentials of modern technologies, is returning almighty to the world stage.

“However, it is against the denial of personal freedoms and against any attempt to subjugate the peoples of the world (…) that the lawyer must take the lead and defend the inalienable rights, expressed for the first time in the Declaration of Independence of the United States, the basis of any declaration of these rights, whether that of the National Assembly of France in 1789 or the Charter of Nice.

“The fundamental and inalienable right from which all the others derive is the physical and moral autonomy of the individual which characterizes Man. Any attempt to encroach on it (…) must be surrounded by the strict precautions of the doctrine of Habeas Corpus which, since the Middle Ages, characterizes the battle of Man to free himself from the illegitimate exercise of the coercion of the State (…) We can only ignore the state of emergency and its incessant extensions for two years, first for the reason of the Sars-Cov-2 virus and now for the reason of the events in Eastern Europe have in many ways seriously harmed the freedoms of Italian citizens and those who work or reside in our country. We call on all those who realize the seriousness of the situation to join us in confronting in solidarity the challenges that await us and which are not only of a legal nature.”

Founding lawyers: Renate Holzeisen from Bolzano (President), Alessandro Fusillo from Roma (Vice President), Marcello Apollonio from Lecce (adviser), Stefania Cappellari from Verona (adviser), Giorgio Contratti from Forlì-Cesena (Secretary), Fabio Daprati from Lodi , Claudio Fabbri from Ravenna, Antonio Gatta from Brescia, Giovanni Ghini from Forlì-Cesena, Francesco Golinelli from Verona (adviser), Riccardo Luzi from Forlì-Cesena (adviser), Laura Mana from Cuneo, Rosarita Mannina from Piacenza (adviser), Luisa Sisto from Roma, Boris Ventura from Bassano del Grappa, Roberto Zappia from Milano (Treasurer).

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
