We have published at length on the possibility that HAARP and sabotage were used to destabilize an already earthquake-prone area. Tensions between Turkey and the deep state are running high; scientists in both Turkey and Syria have voiced their concerns in different ways over these earthquakes being unusual or there being a possibility of weather weaponry behind them. Was the ‘cyclone’ off the northern coast of New Zealand earlier this month, a secret UN base at Napier, payback and a warning for the first two rounds of earthquakes in the Turkey / Syria region? Windlander posting at Benjamin Fulford’s site appears to think so (half behind a paywall). By whom? China or the white hats are the two possibilities offered. Depicted as a cyclone, the devastation at Napier seems to have received almost zero media coverage. See this report from New Zealand media dated February 14 for visual evidence:

Last week China reacted to a massive directed energy weapons (DEW) duel by proposing peace talks to end the undeclared but ongoing, hybrid World War III (ER: This must refer to the 12-point peace plan China put forward). The call came after a devastating Tsunami and earthquake hit a UN military base in a Western country (ER: Napier, New Zealand) in an apparent reaction to the recent earthquake attack on Turkey.
The destruction of a Western city is subject to a complete news black-out (see below for details and evidence) but it was almost certainly caused by DEWs (directed energy weapons) on par with anything the United States can wield.
The Chinese are trying to de-escalate the situation by saying East and West must now choose between mutually assured destruction or mutually assured love.
And
To understand just how powerful these weapons are, the coastline in most countries in the Eastern Mediterranean increased by 7 meters or more and the canals of Venice dried up (ER: check media photos of this – how have we not seen them?). The corporate media is trying to cover this up with tales of drought and low tides but these stories do not hold water (pardon the pun).
Now the Turkish earthquake has been followed by a devastating counter-attack and threats to destroy Switzerland and Israel. Faced with the prospect of total annihilation, the Rothschild family has already agreed to negotiate peace.
This is all proof of nothing, merely interesting speculation or intelligence information that cannot be verified. It’s curious, nonetheless, that a devastating ‘cyclone’ in New Zealand, causing many deaths, has been met with virtual radio silence.

The Turkish emergencies agency AFAD reported a new earthquake in the east, with at least one fatality recorded
A new deadly earthquake hit Türkiye at around midday on Monday, the national disaster relief agency reported. According to preliminary reports, one person has been killed and 69 others injured in the eastern province of Malatya.
The Turkish disaster and emergency management agency AFAD said the tremor measured 5.6 in magnitude, with the epicenter located in the Yesilyurt district. The quake was estimated to have originated at a depth of approximately seven kilometers and could be felt in neighboring provinces, according to the rescue agency.
Initial reports indicate that over 20 buildings have been flattened in this latest disaster to hit Türkiye. Footage circulating online purports to show the collapse of some of the structures.
Some 20 people, including those rescued from the rubble, were taken to hospital in the aftermath, Minister of National Education Mahmut Ozer told the news agency Anadolu. The search and rescue operation continues, AFAD said.

Malatya was among the Turkish provinces that was seriously affected by the twin quakes on February 6, which claimed over 50,000 lives in Türkiye and Syria and caused massive damage in both nations. Many buildings were weakened by the initial disaster, increasing the risk of their collapse in subsequent tremors.
Hundreds of aftershocks followed the initial strike in the ensuing weeks, some lethal in their own right. Last Monday in the evening, several people were killed and hundreds got injured after the already devastated Hatay province was hit.
Türkiye is located in an area where several fault lines pass, making the country vulnerable to seismic events. After this month’s disaster, scientists warned that the risk of a quake similar in strength hitting near the city of Istanbul is increasing with time. The country’s most populous city underwent a period of rapid urbanization in the past decades, but the safety of newly constructed buildings remains in doubt.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced on Monday that the government “will do whatever it takes to prepare all our cities for disasters.” It will not permit the construction of high-rise buildings in areas damaged by the quakes and will ban all construction near fault lines, he said.
