ER Editor: This is a topic we are going to be following very closely indeed. The 1 1/2 page letter to the government, signed by around a thousand (and growing) military personnel from high to low, has called out the disintegration of France, especially by those of an ‘anti-racist’ ideology. Those who, they say, are fomenting hatred among groups of French to start a civil war among distinct communities of people, and who hate the traditional values France stands for. In other words, they’ve deftly called out the Cultural Marxists, who we know have long infiltrated all the governments and bureaucracies in western nations.
Marine Le Pen has tried to capitalize on the moment in the marginal media (Valeurs Actuelles, on the respectable right) willing to print such a story. The signatories to the letter have in turn put her in her place, criticizing her for trying to drive support toward her party when an election is upcoming (2022), and for having only paid attention to the 20 top brass among the many who have signed this letter. As they say, a general is only the sum of all the troops below him. They condemn her for having ignored the rest as representatives of the entire military force. Thus they have correctly identified her opportunism.
We should mention that the same people the military are criticizing are those who want France locked down, economically destroyed and vaccinated against a non-threatening virus. We also have to mention that Marine Le Pen has not been vocal against these unconstitutional lockdowns.
We wonder which other militaries have quietly mobilized for much the same reason …
Debate heats up over army’s warning to Macron
The army issued a dark warning to Emmanuel Macron last Wednesday, with the publication in Valeurs Actuelles of an incendiary tribune denouncing the disintegration of the country and calling without much formality for a military coup. This significant text has elicited few official reactions and has received little coverage in the subsidized press. But the discussion seems to be gradually taking shape.
It is very rare that the army expresses itself “politically” in France, which has earned it the name “Grande Muette” (ER: the great silent one). The deafening silence that surrounded the publication of an article by senior officers in Valeurs Actuelles last week is therefore all the more surprising. One wonders to what extent this tribune is not a warning to Emmanuel Macron in due form.
The army advocates a coup d’état
The senior officers who signed this text, initially published on the website Place d’Armes, did not beat about the bush. After denouncing the various crimes in our country, they call for a strong political response. With this warning:
On the other hand, if nothing is done, laxity will continue to spread inexorably throughout society, ultimately leading to an explosion and the intervention of our active duty comrades in a perilous mission to protect our civilizational values and safeguard our compatriots on the national territory.
The threat is therefore explicit. It is surprising to note that the essential response of the executive branch has been to issue a new anti-terrorist text in emergency.
Marine Le Pen tries to rally
Last Friday, Valeurs Actuelles published a letter from Marine Le Pen proposing to the “twenty generals” who signed it to rally to her. The president of the Rassemblement National presented herself as the incarnation of a project contrary to the disintegration of the country.
The signatories reacted curtly to the foot call of Marine Le Pen, again on the site Place d’Armes:
It is, to say the least, clumsy to carry out a “solicitation” operation for electoral purposes. She could have simply said she was in tune with our concerns. Moreover, let her be reassured, we will not stop at simple exhortations. Our fight has just begun, we will not give up until we have achieved our goal: to save our country from destruction.
Obviously, it is not won, the recovery, for Marine Le Pen.
Florence Parly reacts with contempt
For the moment, only Florence Parly, Minister of the Army, has taken care to react to this inflammatory text. She denounced an “irresponsible politicization” of the army, but no one understood if this reaction was aimed at the tribune itself, or at the call of Marine Le Pen. For the rest, it is a radio silence that speaks volumes about the confinement of the Macron team in a bubble disconnected from reality.
One can indeed think that the team in power devotes a lot of time to the management of COVID, but much less to regalian questions. From there to think that the reality of the country escapes Jean Castex and his fine team…
The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
