The past twelve months is a deadlier period than the year 2020. The number of covid deaths has increased by 40% (40,000). Yet during this period the French were injected at 90% with one or two reminders for 70% of adults. To date, 20% of the entire population (including children) are not injected. (ER: We imagine that it is likely a higher percentage.)
The ineffectiveness of boosters is obvious for fragile populations (over 60 years old). For 60-79 year olds, at the beginning of June, 7.3% of non-vaccinated people in the population 10.3% of hospitalizations 12% of critical care 8.7% of deaths
ER interpretation: The solid orange line shows mass vaccination including boosters for the over 12 population for one complete year, AND THEIR RATE OF DEATH (left axis). This orange line anticipates and mirrors the bulk area in blue, which is the NUMBER OF COVID DEATHS over that one year.

The text adopted by the European Parliament is a marvel. The guinea pigs participating in trials of future vaccines will be considered as vaccinated even if the future vaccine is ineffective and dangerous, even if they only receive a placebo….And this until to the refusal to market.

Clinical research plays a fundamental role in the development of vaccines and voluntary participation in clinical trials should therefore be encouraged. Preventing participants in clinical trials from obtaining vaccination certificates could be a major deterrent to participation in such trials, which would delay the conclusion of these trials and harm public health more generally. In addition, the integrity of clinical trials, including blinding procedures and confidentiality of data, should be maintained to ensure the validity of their results. Member States should therefore have the possibility to issue vaccination certificates to participants in clinical trials which have been approved by the ethics committees and competent authorities of the Member States, irrespective of whether the participant received the candidate vaccine against COVID-19 or, in order to prevent the studies from being compromised, the dose administered to the control group, including with regard to blinding procedures and data confidentiality, to ensure the validity of their results.
Furthermore, it is necessary to clarify that it should be possible for other Member States to accept vaccination certificates issued for vaccines against COVID-19 undergoing clinical trials in order to lift restrictions on freedom of movement put in place, in accordance with Union law, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The period of acceptance of such vaccination certificates should not be longer than that of certificates issued on the basis of vaccines against COVID-19 for which a marketing authorization has been issued under Regulation (EC) No 726/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council
