Bosnia and Herzegovina: Court Declares Mandatory Vaccines and Vax Passports Unconstitutional [VIDEO]

ER Editor: This very short but dense video announcement by Croatian MEP Ivan Sincic is worth watching. Here is an eloquent summary from Need to Know News:

Last month, the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) issued a decision declaring mandatory vaccines and vaccine certificates (passports) are unconstitutional. The Court noted that both regulations were introduced by narrow segments of executive power branch. The Court then criticized the Parliament – how it could allow the executive branch to allow violations of the rule of law and democracy in the country. According to the Court’s ruling, those who disobey this decision should be prosecuted under criminal law and sentenced for six months to five years. Last year, the same court declared that mandatory masks and restriction of free movement were unconstitutional.

For information, Bosnia and Herzegovina is not yet a member of the EU, although it has been applying since 2016. Here’s a map for perspective, with Ukraine marked:

Hopefully, this kind of legal ruling will spread across Europe and very fast.

We remind readers that MEP Ivan Sincic has appeared alongside other constitution-loving MEP colleagues such as Cristian Terhes (Roumania), Christine Anderson (Germany), Stasys Jakeliunas (Lithuania), Virginie Joron (France) and Francesca Donato (Italy).

The Liberty Beacon Project is now expanding at a near exponential rate, and for this we are grateful and excited! But we must also be practical. For 7 years we have not asked for any donations, and have built this project with our own funds as we grew. We are now experiencing ever increasing growing pains due to the large number of websites and projects we represent. So we have just installed donation buttons on our websites and ask that you consider this when you visit them. Nothing is too small. We thank you for all your support and your considerations … (TLB)
