29,934 Deaths 2,804,900 Injuries Following COVID Shots in European Database of Adverse Reactions

The European Union database of suspected drug reaction reports is EudraVigilance, and they are now reporting 29,934 fatalities, and 2,804,900 injuries, following COVID-19 injections.
A Health Impact News subscriber from Europe reminded us that this database maintained at EudraVigilance is only for countries in Europe who are part of the European Union (EU), which comprises 27 countries.
The total number of countries in Europe is much higher, almost twice as many, numbering around 50. (There are some differences of opinion as to which countries are technically part of Europe.)
So as high as these numbers are, they do NOT reflect all of Europe. The actual number in Europe who are reported dead or injured following COVID-19 shots would be much higher than what we are reporting here.
The EudraVigilance database reports that through October 19, 2021 there are 29,934 deaths and 2,804,900 injuries reported following injections of four experimental COVID-19 shots:
- COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE MODERNA (CX-024414)
- COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE PFIZER-BIONTECH
- COVID-19 VACCINE ASTRAZENECA (CHADOX1 NCOV-19)
- COVID-19 VACCINE JANSSEN (AD26.COV2.S)
From the total of injuries recorded, almost half of them (1,311,861) are serious injuries.
“Seriousness provides information on the suspected undesirable effect; it can be classified as ‘serious’ if it corresponds to a medical occurrence that results in death, is life-threatening, requires inpatient hospitalisation, results in another medically important condition, or prolongation of existing hospitalisation, results in persistent or significant disability or incapacity, or is a congenital anomaly/birth defect.”
A Health Impact News subscriber in Europe ran the reports for each of the four COVID-19 shots we are including here. It is a lot of work to tabulate each reaction with injuries and fatalities, since there is no place on the EudraVigilance system we have found that tabulates all the results.
Since we have started publishing this, others from Europe have also calculated the numbers and confirmed the totals.*

The fatalities are grouped by symptoms, and some fatalities may have resulted from multiple symptoms.

On EudraVigilance take Moderna as an example :
Go to the above link for “COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE MODERNA (CX-024414)”
Under “Number of individual cases” tab it says “The number of individual cases identified in EudraVigilance for COVID-19 MRNA VACCINE MODERNA (CX-024414) is 188,082 (up to 01/01/2022)”. Now look under “Number of individual cases by reaction groups tab”. Go to “by sex” tab (easiest to see, because they make it hard to read the information totals – this one only has 2 categories to add). Look at the rough totals figures for each of the 27 categories. They correlate to a couple months later than the figures dated 06/11/2021 in the above article. They do NOT add up to 188,082. The above article has actually added them up manually and arrived at the right answer (eg above add the 27 figures for the 27 categories for Moderna – eg import the above text into a spreadsheet using ‘Paste Special’ then use the SUM() function on them – it comes to exactly 375242). EudraVigilance has added its own figures up incorrectly. You are also asking “how do you discern the deaths from the data …”. Go to “Number of individual cases for a selected reaction” tab. On the left just select the “Reaction group” – which will be one of the 27 categories – don’t select a specific Reaction underneath it. Look now at the “outcome” panel at the bottom right. Deaths are given by “Fatal” outcome figure. You see these Fatal figures correlate quite well to 2 months later than the death figures quoted in the above article. How did you arrive at the total number of 29,934 Deaths 2,804,900 Injuries?
I looked at each of the 4 links below and they show totals of 165,883 for Moderna,
607,283 for Pfizer, 165,883 for Astrazeneca and 39,426 for Janssen. What am I
missing? The total only comes to 1,228,780 total injuries. Not only that
how do you discern the deaths from the data from the links below which are
derived directly from the adrreports.eu website which do not show deaths?
